Terrible Experience. These guys have been out to my hours 2x in the last 6 weeks to unplug a line to the septic tank. So far it has cost me over a $1000 dollars and they still have not resolved the issue. Last time they did not have the right tools to fix it and charged me a second time to have the guy come out with the right tools to clear the line. They have not showed up when they said they would. They were supposed to estimate fixing the issue and instead they recommended i fix it myself to save some money.

They dug up the access to my septic tank to clear the blockage and left the septic tank open. I guess they expect me to bolt the access down and cover it back up myself. These guys are unbelievable.

If you have other options i recommend you don't use these guys.

Complete Suckage. Called them, was told they would have a guy out next morning. I work nights so we agreed on 8 am. Guy showed up at 9:15 and said we needed a new hot water tank. We agree on price and he said he would be back at 3:30 to install. I told him I had to be at work at 5 pm but I would make arrangements to go in late. He called me back at 5:20 and said he got tied up and couldn't come back til morning at 8. Upset, but I agreed. I work 5 pm to 5 am. (I have to sleep sometime) Got home, slept a couple hours, got up to meet the plumber, and at 10 am he still hadn't showed, so I called. Explained the situation to the guy who answered the phone, and all he said was, ""want me to have him call you?"" Told them we would find someone else. Horrible customer service, they wont call you or anything, just leave you hanging! Beware of this joke of a company.

Your disposal blows cabbage and potatoes out your washer drain on Saturday night. You spend most of Sunday cleaning the tile floor in the laundry room, not watching Peyton win his big game. Call JC Plumbing on Sunday as they were the first name to pop up after Googling ""plumbers Fayetteville"". Picked them because it said ""$100 off your first service job"".
Set appointment for 1pm Monday. Left work. Sat at the house until 1:30 and went back to work as no one had shown. Guy finally shows up around dinnertime. He tells me ""$275 to get your drain cleaned out"". No mention of $100 off ""first service job"". At their mercy I said ""ok"". I've called several other plumbers in this area and most of them have prices starting around $90 to clean out a single drain. I really got taken. Don't you be the next to let this happen to you!!

Zero stars. JC Plumbing is why they created a review system. These are conniving people in my home. The guy named Clint got on the phone several times with his manager throughout the process of working on my shower. Every time he would leave out of my earshot (which was several times,) he would come back in from outside and the price continued to get higher and higher. When they didn't have the part, he told me all of a sudden they had an emergency and had to leave and would come back with the part When I refused his 300 percent markup, he all of a sudden had NO emergency and could do a little minor work. If you want to work with scumbags under the cover of Jesus Christ name hire these people. Do not fall victim to their games and high high prices. Do yourself a favor a stay as far away from theses people as possible.

My mom called this place before I was able to check their reviews on here. The plus side was that they were able to get to her quicker than anyone else but upon arrival he was pointing out all the work that needed to be done when all she wanted was him to change the burner in the hot water heater. After wasting a lot of time talking to his boss we finally got a price for him to do just this simple job. It was going to cost $225. We declined and found another guy that was able to do it for less than half that in about 45 minutes. Long story short, the reviews are right; don't use them.

I had a bad experience too ! 1550.00 just for them to jerk out my pump and put the nasty water in my lawn. They claimed they could pump when I called . Boy what a joke !

Worst experience ever!! Stay away from this company. Incompetent on every level. Spent 2000 for new fixtures in home and had a terrible experience with getting work done. Then find out the plumbing was not done correctly and leaked into a wall causing mold and dry wall issues. Rich, field supervisor, admitted it was their fault but after 5 days of run around and no action to clean up the mold, he finally left a voicemail that owner Joshua Johnson said they were not going to do anything about the mold. Save yourself and stay clear of this company!

This company doesn't even deserve a one start rating... But I had to choose a rating to tell you about my experience.
I received a flyer in the mail from this company, I called to see if they give free estimate on my project. Which they said yes. I needed the piping moved in my shower due to removal of the tube to put in a standup shower. I wasn't able to be there for the free estimate but the plumber charged us $60 for him coming out to my house. And quoted us $950 for the job. Wow very high, other plumber quoted free quotes and half the price for the job.

The next day I called them to asked again about the free estimates. Same answer so I requested my money back... Short story they told me he would get with the plumber to get back to me, 2nd time - they said only some times they give free estimates but couldn't explain which ones are free, 3rd time - the plumber was getting back to me that day, 4th time I called I wasn't so understanding and he (josh) played the nice card and again no one has gotten back to me. My next call will be to the state plumbing office. It's not right to take people money.

For a company that has Bible verses on there advertisements but do not follow Christ like ways just makes us believers have a bad taste. Sad!

Please do not use this company. They are not honest people and change parts that didn't need to be replaced. Stay away!!!
Using our faith to fool people to use them is a shame

God bless them. Donate your money to a good cause. Don't give to these crooks.
