Complete Suckage. Called them, was told they would have a guy out next morning. I work nights so we agreed on 8 am. Guy showed up at 9:15 and said we needed a new hot water tank. We agree on price and he said he would be back at 3:30 to install. I told him I had to be at work at 5 pm but I would make arrangements to go in late. He called me back at 5:20 and said he got tied up and couldn't come back til morning at 8. Upset, but I agreed. I work 5 pm to 5 am. (I have to sleep sometime) Got home, slept a couple hours, go up to meet the plumber, and at 10 am he still hadn't showed, so I called. Explained the situation to the guy who answered the phone, and all he said was, ""want me to have him call you?"" Told them we would find someone else. Horrible customer service, they dont show up and just leave you hanging. Beware of this joke of a company.

Ryan did a great job. Installed bathtub saved over$500 because he did what the other plumbers said couldn't be done. I would recommend this company to anyone around Little Rock. Great Service. They quoted me a price and fixed in less than 24 hours. Thanks!

I had a leak that needed to be fixed as soon as possible and when I called them they told me they would arrive within two hours. When they didn't arrive I called them to cancel and they told me that I was being charged 99 dollars regardless, 30 minutes later the plumber arrived and told me he had not been informed that the service call was cancelled and that he would need the 99 dollars. This place is just looking to rip people off.

I hate to have to give them one star. They deserve zero stars. Not only were they very late for their appointment, their prices were absolutely stupid high. I read other reviews where people felt they charged them twice as much as they should, but I have to disagree. It's more like 3-4 times what other plumbers would charge. Quoted me $525 for a job that would take 30 minutes to do. After I told he must have lost his mind, he called his boss and then asked me what I thought was reasonable. Really?? Try this JC, how about giving customers a FAIR price first? You know, you might actually start getting some repeat business. The only way they get any good reviews at all is that they send you an email telling you that they'll give you free Starbucks if you give them a good review. You have to bribe customers with a gift to give you a good review?? How about earning it? I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

This ""business"" ripped my mother off nearly $400!!! They claimed to have found a leak and marked the spot where the leak was supposedly located. So we dug up the spot to find the leak and there was no leak! Call them several times, talked to some one and they never called back!!! These leeches are more like scammers.

DON'T USE THIS PLUMBER!!!! The owner (Paul???) was rude to my wife when she called to ask about a job. And then told her all calls were RECORDED--without permission?!?!? Is that legal in AR???? Find somebody else....

Oh my! These guys are a comedy show not a plumbing company. I couldn't even get them to return a call let alone show up.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They say no extra labor charges for weekend. The plumber comes to give us a quote for a hot water heater and install. The water heater price 200 more than Home Depot and Lowes. Plus 150 more for weekend service. Total cost 1150. I told him no because both Home Depot and lowes were 775 up to 800. He then tells me well let me call the office. I think I can do it for 800. I tell him no you should have quoted that from the start. Ended up installing having Jamson plumbing do it. He did it for 500. He was in and out in 40 minutes.

Do not use them. I had problems with the people that were sent out, they were
not qualified or did not know what they were doing. Tried to call and there is
no one to complain to. There is an answering party that refers back to the, I am
guessing independent contractor, operating under the license. Can't resolve.

BEWARE, Get a reputable contractor.

i agree with ken m. called them to do very small job. i put the 99 dollar fee on a debit card . i had a leaky tub faucet that wasnt even in use at the time that i wanted capped off till i could replace it . this guy used his fist to punch a hole in my wall then cut the lines to fixture , dropped the peices inside the wall [line ends and sheetrock chunks] , and wanted 275 on top of that 99 service fee. because i already had him in house i agreed to pay 170 at that time which was all i had. that was dec 2012, in march 2013, 3mo. later my debit card was charged with the difference of his quote and the payment given and agreed upon. very shady practice with a buisiness card that uses bible scripture .
