DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!! we had a new system installed over a year ago by James, we paid him in full and have had nothing but problems ever since. He will give you all these promises but at the end of the day he is a liar!! He constantly gave excuse after excuse why he couldnt finish the job and then started to avoid our calls, he still hasnt made anything right. SInce we have had our system, we have had to call for service 3 times now with another reliable company since james will not honor his promise of the warranty that supposedly came with our system. I can not stress this enough, do not give him a dime! ***edit I do have a invoice stating 2 year labor warranty**

I was referred to Mr. Miles after my a/c had been out for 4 days and neither Express Comfort Heating and Air nor Reliable Heating and Air could repair it. I'd been having issues with my a/c since May 24th and the larger companies were giving me the run around or not doing what they promised to do. I called Mr. Miles on a Thursday morning and he was here on Friday morning to repair my system. He and his team were kind and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and they completed the repairs in a very timely manner. I recommend JC Miles to anyone who needs these type services. I'd absolutely call him again if the need arises.
