I had two leaky outdoor spigots that have been leaking badly for some time. I called JC Green Plumbing when I saw all the great reviews and I have a great review to add. Carlos was here in less than an hour. The fix for one spigot was more complicated than expected but he had all the tools and materials to do the job and he fixed them both efficiently. I am very happy with the service. Carlos was pleasant, professional and efficient. I will definitely use them whenever I need a plumber again.

I needed help with a public bathroom sink that was having constant backup issues. We run a busy business and I couldn't wait too long for services so I called JC Green Plumbing and they scheduled me that day. The plumber was super friendly and was able to clear the pipe in a short about of time. We have worked with other plumbers but JC Green was definitely professional, responsive and they knew what they were doing quickly.

Very appreciative to this crew for being able to get me on the calendar quickly. My sewer one backed up for the second time in a month. Wished I had used these guys the first time, then there probably wouldn't have been a second need. The plumber that came out quickly and efficiently cleared the blockage and did his camera inspection. I was very relieved to find that there was nothing wrong with the pipes themselves.

I called JC Green Plumbing to have them assess a tankless water heater issue. The phone rep was keen to state I may need to replace your tankless heater because of its age - it is 9 years old. This should have clued me in to the deceptive practices exercised by this firm. It was very clear to me that the temperature pressure relief (TPR) valve was the cause of the leak. However, the tech showed up and did not state that the TPR was the problem and called his boss to assess the problem. After the call the tech said that replacing the TPR valve only solves 10% of leakage problems for tankless water heaters and suggested that the heater needed to be replaced.  Give me a break. This is clearly a scam to do work that does not need to be done. I sent the tech on his way after paying a ridiculous fee of $160. I brought in another plumber who fixed the problem by replacing the TPR valve.

Very polite and professional crew! Cynthia was able to answer all my questions and get things scheduled for a next day service which was perfect with my schedule. Francisco showed up with everything needed to complete the job and the exact toilet I requested. He was able to get everything installed with no issues and left the work area clean. I gave these guys a great review a couple of years ago. But nothing will get me to call them ever again.

Find another plumber. One who sends people out who are proud of their work and don't forget to close holes in water supply lines before they leave, so you get to clean up after them AGAIN, because they left dirt and bits of garbage all over the work area in the first place.

They were more than happy to get their HUGE check, though.

I had a leaking toilet this morning and have had issues with this toilet in the past so I decided to go buy a new one and see if I could find someone to come out to install it.
The lady who answered the phone was very nice and was able to get me a appointment for the same day. I was very grateful.
When Jose showed up, he was very nice and offered to get the new toilet out of my car for me, since it was too heavy to do on my own. Jose was very kind and was able to keep me up to date on the issues that had come from my old toilet and replace it with the new one. Jose cleaned up the area when he was done and did a quick but excellent job.
I will definitely be using their services again. Thank you.
