JC Green Plumbing is the plumbing company you want to use. My duplex in Oakland had a very difficult plumbing repair and I was having a very difficult finding a company with the knowledge on how to repair it. The plumbers at JC Green came up with an amazing out of the box re-Routing of the drain pipe for me. I can't speak highly enough of their professionalism, work ethic, and mostly the amazing communication we experienced.

In 2019, we decided to change our entire pipe from the house to the street. Not only did JC green plumbing had the best price, but they also did an incredible job. Recently we changed our toilets and started to have trouble again. My home appliance insurance covers plumbing. They sent 2 x plumbers without succes. I called JC plumbing again, and they came the same day to honor their warranty. We got the happy news that the pipe is 100% intact. It was a possible tool that the workers dropped in the line. They also cut the price in half for us just because this was unexpected and they had to bring huge equipment to flush out our line.
Also, from being prior customer. Kind,respecful,fast to respond and most important THEY ARE SO REIAVLE!!! 100% Reccomend!!!

Reached out to JC Green Plumbing for a leak in our bathroom via Yelp. Upon sending my message, I received a prompt response to schedule a consultation. Availability was great for a quick turnaround on appointment date. On the day of our appointment, Cynthia and Jesus both communicated clearly as to when their technician would arrive and was responsive via text and yelp messaging. Francisco arrived for our appointment and was professional and efficient. He provided us with a very reasonable quote to fix our leak and had all the parts to complete the job the same day. We would definitely recommend this company and are glad we now have a go to company for all of our future plumbing needs.

I needed some help with a leak in my backyard water line: options either caping off a line or replacing a buried line in my backyard. I liked how responsive they were and quick to offer a free estimate through Yelp.
The plumber Alex was friendly and knowledgeable on site.

However I was a bit disappointed with the cost, paid $350 for 5 minutes of work cutting & capping off a simple copper pipe. I agreed to the work but I have regrets seeing how simple it was. I think I will look elsewhere for my future plumbing needs and to replace the backyard line later on.

The service I received from Francisco at JC Green Plumbing was
several months ago. After a frantic called he arrived within an hour of my call.
Francisco was great he called before to let me know when he would arrive.
He arrived a few mintues early was neat, kind and very considerate. He did excellent, job cleaned up and put everything back in place.
I would not hesitate to recommend to everyone and call again when I need a plumber.
