John is the best. Responsive, communicative, and would go out of his way to make sure our sewer line, which clogged every year, was fully cleared. He had long cabels that others don't have and he won't up-sell you with a camera scope as others have tried (I know what's up with my drain as does he, there are roots from trees, so no need). Good man, highly recommend!

I had a copper sink pipe come uncapped during a bathroom rehab. It happened on a holiday weekend, and before I called JC Drain, I was getting very high holiday/weekend quotes or 'no availability' from other plumbers . JC Drain was recommended by one of my favorite contractors who had worked on my condo rehab, so I was happy to have a reference from someone I trusted. I knew JC Drain had to be good - the good contractors know the good plumbers, etc.

He was! JC Drain responded right away with a great price. He even taught me how to put the 'shark bite' on myself, should I ever have to. Later, I had a leaking shutoff valve to my refrigerator water line, and I had no problem giving an access code to let John fix it while I was out of town. John responded super fast and had it done by the next day, complete with a new stainless line. He even sent pix of the work done. :)

He's the real deal- does the work right, makes sure it's done that way the first time, and genuinely wants to help you out!

Great experience with John/JC Drain. John was actually one of the few plumbers that even bothered to return my phone call, and he was able to come out very quickly. Very knowledgeable and informative, he fixed my problem quickly....and he gave me some tips and pointers for things I could do myself. I would definitely recommend this company.
