Juan replaced our water heater in Aug 2022. They are very friendly, professional and reasonably priced. The replacement process was very smooth. There was a problem that was discovered after the heater was installed and Juan came back to fix it the very next day. All in all, great service!

Juan came into install an icebox(valve for water inlet) for our fridge. The work involved getting materials spending an hour in the crawl space and some drilling work. He took 3 hours overall and charged $500.
The work was professional, made sure he cleaned all the mess and the output is flawless !

We had a 5 star experience with JBS. The pipe that ran from our kitchen sink outside below our deck was corroded and leaking. Fabi listened to the details, called back with a reasonable quote (lower than others I called) and scheduled us for a Monday am appt with Juan. The job ended up requiring more work (and pipe) than planned but Juan did a wonderful job, got rid of all the old pipe and only charged us the quoted fee. Skilled, fair and kind. I will use them for all future plumbing challenges.

I'm sooo glad my real state agent recommended me JBS plumbing solutions for my new home in Pleasanton. I love my new house except my kitchen was electric and needed to upgrade to a gas cook top. I contacted Juan Tuesday morning and i sent him a short video of distance and he was able to give me a quote over the phone and showed up the same day with all his professional equipment, within 4 hours i was able to cook on my new cook top!

This guy pretends to be working under JBS plumbing, but he seems to be a scam. Once you hire him, he wants to receive no payment under JBS plumbing, gives W9 under a different person's name, and wants to receive a check under his personal name. I hired him, he could not pass any inspections, he did not meet any inspection deadline. He works by himself and bringing random one person help with him. He was struggling with the job, finally we had to get rid of him. Not professional at all. He would show up to work at random times 11am or 12 pm, and leave 2pm, then he calls me the night before the inspection asking me to cancel the inspection.
Once fired, his wife who is the rudest person on earth pretending like she is a law student and she knows lawyers etc. Just a nightmare. I do not recommend them. Nothing made sense. Not sure who the actual owner of JBS plumbing is. when I asked them to send the correct W9, they disappeared. He requests to receive 50% of the payment upfront, DO NOT GIVE HIM 50%. He knows he wont finish and wont pass inspections, so he walk away with your money.

I don't usually post reviews but I had to share. If you want a knowledgeable very reasonable price plumber this is it. Highly recommend!!! wonderful experience with JBS. They will be my plumbers for life. I had a major leak in the shower and another company came Saturday and Sunday couldn't fix it, Juan came and had the leak fixed within an hour and discovered it was the pressure from a pipe outside, which he will be fixing. His wife, Fabby who takes calls is so nice and very knowledgeable. Calls are answered or returned quickly, she stays in contact, he was on time. Very nice people. A true Godsend!
