I needed two toilets replaced. Already had one detached because I was having flooring done. Was hoping to get someone out the same day. They were able to get me in same day, polite, professional and got the job done at what I thought was a reasonable price (flat fee for toilet and install). Other plumbers either wanted to charge me an short notice fee or wouldn't quote me a price even though it was a straightforward job.

Had an appointment for 8:30 AM. By 10:00 AM still no sign of anyone. Finally got someone on the phone and when I questioned why I hadn't heard from anyone they told me to find someone else and proceeded to hang up on me. My advice is find another business that will respect your time.

Do not hesitate to call them! I had an emergency plumbing situation, and Jeremy from JBM Plumbing Repairs responded quickly and came over immediately to assess and fix the problem. He was professional and knowledgeable. As a woman, I'm always cautious of being taken advantage of, but Jeremy was transparent of the cost from the very beginning, and it was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

I was without water for a week due to my home warranty company (AHS) failing to find a plumber. I ended up calling JBM Plumbing myself and they were prompt and courteous and solved my problem the same day of the appointment. They also were able to come back and take care of another issue with my pressure tank. Pricing was fair, cost was given upfront, and both workers were helpful and trustworthy. Thanks again!
