Just bought a my first home and noticed a leak from the main upstairs bathroom into the basement. Tried calling two other plumbers with no response. Jeff called back within 15 minutes of leaving a message and was to the house within an hour. He was friendly, courteous, and respectful especially during the pandemic. When the problem reappeared that same day, no fault to Jeff, he was able to come back within the week to correct the problem again. While he was here, he was able to fix a problem with my washer drain overflowing. If anything were to happen again he gave me a years warranty plus the cost wasn't bad at all

I would go back to Jeff anytime for future plumbing needs. Highly recommend him!!

Jeff is great!! I have used him on multiple basement finish projects from rough plumbing to finish , he is always spot on. Very easy to work with, would highly recommend.

We had Jeff out to replace some fixtures and fix a leaky bathtub fixture. After he left, the fixture continued to leak. He had replaced a cartridge. We made several attempts to call Jeff and email him requesting he come out and fix the issue, but he did not respond to any of our messages. I had a large, reputable local plumbing company out and they informed me that ""the replaced cartridge was the wrong style"". The new company had the new cartridge installed within 15 minutes and the problem was solved. But it was at a substantial cost to me. If Jeff had used the proper cartridge in the first place, or returned to fix his mistake, I could have avoided the added cost. I will certainly choose another plumber for our next project.

Jeff seems like a good guy who cares about his business. His prices are extremely reasonable, he's very easy to reach/has good communication, and is very timely. I rely heavily on reviews of others so I have to be honest that I was not happy with Jeff's workmanship. There were many errors and lasting issues we had to address with the install of all new water pipes and a new bathtub. However, Jeff did return a portion of our money even though I did not ask him to do so which I found respectable.
