Came to my house for a leak in guest bathroom. Leak came from faucet and they stole my expensive shower head and replaced it with a cheap one and took my shower head. Very untrustworthy and unprofessional. The leak was from the running shower head into the back of the faucet. Once we sealed the faucet, it no longer leaked and they took my expensive shower head and replaced it with a cheap one.

This company was recommended to us by Lowes to install a wall oven. The came and measured and measured and told us the oven we chose would work fine. On 2/8 they came, installed and oven works great, however there was a gap of over 3"" at the top and bottom. They said they'd order the trim kit. After waiting 2 wks I began calling. No response. Finally the wife picked up my call and told me there was no trim kit. We went back and forth on what to do and they have not bothered to follow up. It is now 5/1. Thank you Lowes for this wonderful recommendation.

Is he really plumber?? I got an appliance installed and that guy damaged the floor and could stand one pipe straight. Stay away. Better to get someone else. Please help yourself..
