We had a leak behind our wall and we discovered it at 7pm. We called Jaime and not only did he answer but he was at our place within 30 mins. He was professional and efficient and fair with his price. He fixed the issue before it caused to much damage! We will definitely use him again should we have any other plumbing issues. Jaime is super great to work with and comes every time with a smile. I appreciated his responsiveness via text or phone, the quick turnaround on quotes and his dependability. We remodeled our kitchen and bath and he was able to come over same day for a quote and complete the project the day after we finished the counters. He rerouted the pipes and cleaned up the mess under the kitchen sink, looks clean and tight. Super happy to have found Jaimie as our new plumber going forward. Jaime was amazing in all aspects. The best quote by far and he came over immediately when I told him the numbers were good. And then he even charged less after he finished the job because there was a piece that he said I should order to make the fit better on the toilet. Even gave me a part free and then charged way less than what he quoted. I paid him a little extra just because I felt he earned more than what was paid. His attention to detail is top notch as is his service. Very honest to boot. He has earned all of our future business. Thanks Jaime!

A while ago my three story house in Lake Arrowhead suffered severe water damage and Jaime traveled there on a Sunday and gave me so much free
plumbing advice that saved me thousands of dollars in the rebuild. After recently sustaining roof vent breakage from very heavy snowfall I called Jaime out again. Again he travelled long distance on a Saturday to make the repairs before Tuesday's rain. He used new high tech camera equipment to locate the problem. He then fixed it in a timely and reasonable manner. I am very satisfied with his service and will recommend him to all my friends and family. Chris

So saddened to give this review after giving him such a good one! I made three appointments with Jamie and was stood up all three times. Took off work to be here and not even a call. I guess the first job was luck. There will be no more reviews from me because I'll never call for services here again.
Good luck to everyone else I just hope he does better for his other customers.
