We had a leak in our yard (won't pretend to know what part) and originally called a different company who quoted over $7k Called JBC to compare and turns out....it was WAY less and only took a fraction of the time! The technician came out and took care of it and explained everything...including WHY he didn't need to do what the other company said. I am just SO thankful for JBC Plumbing and their honest work!

I called for an appointment yesterday and the plumber Josh, along with his assistant Mike came out to my house to replace the wax ring for my leaking toilet today. I appreciated the fact that the scheduler and two plumbers responded right away and I did not have to wait for an appointment. Both plumbers, Josh and Mike arrived 15 minutes late. I would have appreciated a courtesy call telling me they were running late, but they did not call me to let me know they were arriving late. They successfully replaced the old leaking wax ring, the flapper valve, and the toilet flusher, but now my vinyl tiles have a lot of water under the tiles. JBC Plumbing are reasonably priced and affordable, though I was charged for a new toilet handle, which was broken by the plumber during the actual toilet repair. Overall, a pretty good company, though I have some reservations after the job was done and considering the entire experience from beginning to end. I believe the purpose of doing a fair and honest review for a company is to point out not only the good aspects, but things that can be improved upon as well, thus this mixed, but honest review and rating.

Requested a quote on Yelp and was contacted in minutes. Had me scheduled ASAP to come out and take a look. Nate showed up and was in and out within the hour. Problem solved. He even did a quick check to make sure there were no underlying problems/problems waiting to happen. Thank you so much! I would not hesitate to call again.

Saw their van, looked them up here on Yelp and figured I'd give them a go since they serviced my area. Little did I know the frustration that would await me... As a self taugh YouTube expert, I am pretty efficient at typing in the keywords ""repairing leaking bathtub faucet"" and imagining I can do it on my own. Yet, rather than risking and cup of ""I told you so's"" from the Mrs, I called JBC. In this case, I was stuck in traffic heading home when the plumber arrived and was pointed to the problem by my wife. First text I received was ""Plumber is here"" Second Text (30 minutes later) ""He said something broke because it was old and had to be replaced anyhow."" Third Text ""OMG it was $420"" Say what?! Honestly, my mistake was probably trusting that they would quote their work prior to completing it like most plumbers have done for me in the past. Being set back $420 is a nice way to learn not to use a company. All in All they Did Good Work Would've Been Better if they Provided a Quote Prior to Charging

JBC Plumbing to the resue!! Toilet was slowly leaking for a couple weeks. I just put a small bucket under it to catch any drips and was thinking that I could probably fix it sooner or later. Well, last night it started gushing water so I realized I needed to call a plumber. I called two other companies, one of them quoted me and the other said they would need to dispatch a technician to my home to look at the problem and then charge me $30 diagnostic on top of the labor to do the repair and whatever parts cost. Then I called JBC and Josh gave me a much lower estimate and said he could send out a technician in an hour or so. Joey arrived exactly at 2pm, did the work, and charged me no more than the the given estimate. On top of that, he was friendly, professional, and we had a lot in common. We were talking story the whole time! I'll be calling JBC Plumbing in the future if ever I should need a plumber again. They will also be recommended by me to all my family and friends... Highly recommended, 5 stars!!

I replaced the fixtures in my upstairs bathroom and suddenly there was water leaking into the ceiling. I thought for sure I broke something or messed something up. I called JBC Plumbing and Sean and Joshua showed up early the next day, quickly assessed what I did and what was happening, and determined that a gasket was missing from the faucet I replaced. That was causing all the issues. They had the part in their truck, replaced it, and tested it. It worked perfectly and they were done very quickly, all with no holes cut in my ceiling. Highly recommend this company. The price was extremely reasonable.

Nothing like finding out on a Sunday night that your toilet's been leaking from a pipe all day and your bathroom floor & rug are soaking wet! I found this company here through yelp. I sent them a message about the leaking toilet close to midnight on Sunday night, and they responded first thing Monday morning. I gave them a call Monday morning, and they were able to give me a time estimate of noon to 3 PM. I liked that they were able to schedule me the same day I called, especially since this is the only day this week I would be able to be home for that kind of time frame. Nate arrived right around 2:30 PM. I appreciate that he called before he left Kapolei, to give a heads up, rather than some companies/service people who just call when they're outside without giving any sort of advance notice. He was able to replace some parts in under an hour, and thankfully the toilet is no longer leaking. It came out to $118 for everything (parts, labor, + tax). That was right around what they quoted me over the phone, so that wasn't a huge surprise. Thankfully it was an easy fix and not a bigger problem. I liked that they offer a 30 day warranty in case something goes wrong, which gives a bit of peace of mind that they stand behind their work (although I really hope nothing else goes wrong). I hope not to have to need plumbing services again, BUT if I do need to call a plumber I will definitely use them again! Very professional and arrived within the time frame promised.

I needed to clear a couple of bathroom sink drains that were draining very slowly. This is a job that I would normally do myself but my right arm was in a sling poat surgery. I put out a service request that ranged from $600 for 2 sinks but mostly responses that required an onsite visit in order to provide a quote. JBC was the only response that quoted $145/hr + $35 site visit. So I booked them and they came on time the next day, Ryan Sr & Ryan Jr. cleared both sinks in less than 30 min, gave me some great advice & a discount!! So, this father & son team really exceeded my expectations and I thank yelp helping me find them. 110 % recommendation!

We needed a line run for our new fridge and JBC was able to do it the same day. When they arrived, I was told they needed to open up our wall to see if there was an existing line, which we expected. They opened up on each side of the wall and didn't find any. We decided (mostly due to cost), that we would run the line from our kitchen sink, through our cabinets, to the fridge. The two guys got to work and finished within 3 hours. When we went to look, they had cut a crooked square on the side of the cabinet to run our line through and left some just sitting on the bottom of the shelves. We had expected a much neater job from a professional. Once our fridge arrived, we realized that the line they had run was too short and we would need to buy an extension for it. For someone who does this often, we had expected that they would know how long to run the line so it would reach the fridge. Overall, I wasn't impressed and now we're left with a mess running through our kitchen.
