These guys are excellent. The new toilet we bought did not come with the required bolts to attach the tank to the bowl, and were NOT like standard bolts! Kohler sent new ones, but the package took over a week to arrive. In the meantime we had to flush our toilet using a bucket. I bought it at Home Depot, so I went there and explained the situation. They asked their plumbing tech which bolts would be correct and he brought some to me. However, when JBC came back the Home Depot bolts did not work! Finally (two hours after JBC left the second time) the correct bolts arrived (a day later than scheduled). JBC came back a third time and the toilet is finally working. Third time's a charm. JBC plumbers are polite, professional and very patient! Check your parts before you call the plumber, to make sure they are all there. My bad for not doing so :(

Brandon, as usual, was on time and super polite and courteous! He wore a mask the entire time. Jobs on two showers (handle broken, the other slow dripping) were completed in a timely manner, very professionally, and looked great when done! This was my second time using JBC, and I would highly recommend them to anyone, and certainly plan on using them again! Big mahalos to Brandon and the JBC team!

JBC Plumbing rocks. I have AHW Home Warranty so they are part of the inner circle. John and John, Jr. arrived today and helped me to fix my whistling toilet. Come to find out that it wasn't done as I had paid cash to do. LESSONED LEARNED: do not call unprofessional plumbers!! Call JBC, get the problem resolved on the first call not the second, third or wreck yourself with stress and frustration!!

Would never recommend this plumbing company. Office staff unprofessional on the phone. Workers showed up with mask on decided it was okay to take mask off in my property. After 3 attempts to find out why my plumbing is leaking still not fixed.

This company did a great job replacing my garbage disposal on very short notice, the plumber was professional and very quick and I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable price and great service! Thanks again JBC for an amazing job

I can't say enough about this company. Let's start, I had a leak, i looked on ""craigslist"" first :( guy tells me for $150 he can fix my problem..... well, that was a waste of $150.., so as the old saying goes. You get what you pay for, I will never try and ""save"" buy hiring someone cheap, because that's just the kind of job you'll get. A cheap one. Fast forward, I then decided to try YELP, a few plumbers reached out to me, but the first one was JBC plumbing, lady calls sets up appointment, plumbers show up on time and get to work. They re piped what was wrong and installed my water softener, leaked a couple times after, BUT they came down as soon as they could and fixed the issue! Quality work, and great customer service! A+ I will be calling them for my future plumbing needs. Thank you guys! Awesome job.

Awesome! J and his team didna fantastic job! New water lines to all our homes including the main. They were fast and efficient. The price was competitive. Will definitely use them again!

Had them replace our wax ring last July. Recently found out it was not installed properly. We had water (and mold) in our wall behind the toilet. Looks like they put the ring down once, then moved it. The bolts were also not installed properly. Now we have to pay 10 times what we paid them just to fix it and remediate the damage. Very disappointed.

Hey showed up only a few minutes late and finished within an hour. All good for my drainage for my tub and sink. Did a good job, cleaned up the area and all done. Mahalo for a good job.
