I have an issue with a 2 year old Rheem. No hot water. Rheem said I need a new gas control unit and it would take 1-2 days to get. And if I needed more parts, it would take another 1-2 days (after I paid to expedite shipment). Calib and David came out to look at what I needed and they were terrific! They listened to my issue checked it out closely, connected with one of their experts to be sure they knew what the problem is and I need more than the new gas control. I needed the connections as well and went to their truck, connected with Rheem (on hold for half hour) and came back and said they ordered the other parts. These guys were sensitive to what we are going through and because part of the solution vs try to get as much money out of me as they could. Nice people. So was the person who took my call at JB water and air who got Caleb and David to come out today! Thanks guys and let's hope these parts come tomorrow!! As for Rheem, don't ever buy one. They are a disaster to deal with, on hold for extraordinary long times and will ship your part for free with 2-4 day delivery!! Rheem could care less if I had hot water.

This morning i watched an employee buy 3 mini bottles of watermelon smirnoff vodka at 8:20am from a QT gas station. He then walked outside and put them in the cooler in the rear of his work van.

Imagine this guy showing up intoxicated to work on your home or business....

Update 11/29/23: this guy is still working for this company, i just watched him buy redbull's, and cigarettes. Shows you how seriously JB Water and Air take their techs drinking on the job.

I have had great experiences with JB Water from my initial phone call to the prompt response from service technician. JD was early to appointment which was great and got the job completed quickly. He was great at explaining what happen and my next steps. He arranged for EcoDry to give me an estimate in a very timely manner. This was a great stress reducer for me. Thank you.

We bought our house with a water softener system already installed, so we didn't know much about the history of it. It went on the fritz and would not stop running and was discouraged when the company it came from and a few other places recommended a complete replacement, which wasn't in our budget at the time. I was referred to JB by the company who serviced our water heater recently,also fantastic, (American Plumbing and Rooter). Both Rebecca and Rob were great to work with. Rebecca was so professional and kind and made the whole process a breeze. As far as the work we had done, Rob was fantastic! Very kind and courteous company to work with. It is so appreciated that this company took the time to come out and figure out the problem and then fix that problem at a really reasonable price instead of going the quick and easy route of just recommending a whole new system. It is because of that that when we do decide to replace or upgrade our water softener system we will be going with JB

My water heater wasn't producing any hot water today. Miranda replaced my 50 gallon gas water heater in 1 hour. She was extremely knowledgeable, quick, and skilled. Answered all my questions, performed a thorough diagnostic and gave all around great customer service. My husband is an experienced plumber and even he was so impressed by her!

I cannot thank the JB Water company enough for coming to my rescue in an extreme crisis of aged and disintegrating pipes which began leaking two to three gallons a minute! Not only were you able to do the job immediately, coming up from Phoenix to Sedona, you were also able to do it for about half the cost of a local plumbing company! I was amazed and thrilled at the difference. I also want to compliment every single workman on the job. Everyone was friendly and positive and competent. I knew things were going to turn out well in spite of my initial panic. I very much appreciate how Jerry and Mario handled the work from start to finish. This company did some work on my house while it was occupied by some renters. 8 months later, the tenants are gone and I find they did a poor job sealing the tub against the floor, leaving a gap wide enough that there's an actual draft! All this time water could've been seeping in there and causing damage and now I need to deal with it. When called to ask if they can correct their mistake they said ""it's out of warranty and there will be an extra charge"".

The team of Lucas, Mario and Matthew just left my townhome and took care of a cracked pipe that was leaking onto the ceiling of the condo of my neighbors' downstairs kitchen ceiling without demolishing my relatively new remodel. Other plumbing companies said it could not be done without removing countertop, cabinets and demo'ing the tile behind the kitchen sink. Lucas said it could be done and they did it in less than 3 hours completely cleaning up everything before leaving. I am ever so grateful and thankful and would highly recommend this Company judging by the way these 3 employees performed a difficult task today.
