JB Water made me feel like family to the moment I called to when I received a thank you card from the staff. They truly provide great service with honesty and integrity. I had Johnston visit my home to fix a wax seal on my toilet and he was able to quickly find out what the true problem was with ease! They are superb and great. I had an issue with toilet not properly filling up. I explained what was going on and I think it maybe the unit inside, be it the pump or flap. I provided my availability and they were able to work with it. I later received a call from Carlos (absolutely great guy, friendly and personable), I explained I was at work but that I'd leave early at 1pm and be home within 20-30min. I called to let them know that I was headed home.
I got home earlier around 1:15pm, and Carlos arrived within 10-15min after.

Very friendly, helpful, understanding. I showed what was going on, he was able to assess it. Didn't take long, he had the parts already with him and performed a replacement. After replacing, the issue was done. I also asked about the tub and if there was a way to help with keeping it clear of hair. He shared his knowledge and even helped to clear what was there.

He was also helpful to provide advice about the cleaning tablets, I had used one and he didn't recommend it due to the fact it could clog the area where the water flushes down in the toilet. He saved a lot of future headaches and concerns.

Overall, very professional, helpful, great customer service, prompt, resourceful, friendly and willing to share advise / suggestions to avoid potential problems down the road. If I can give 10 stars I WOULD!! Thank you Carlos and thank you, JP Water. You all are awesome!!!

PS.. I'd definitely work with Carlos again.

Super nice! They arrived thinking it would be an hour long appointment. It was obvious to them right away that this was going to be an all day deal. Instead of rescheduling me they hunkered down and got to work. So nice, so professional, and fun guys. I plan to have them back soon to finish up at the end of my remodel. Call them - these are the people you want to have do your job!!

I called them before 9:30a for a small leak in our tenants water heater. NOT AN EMERGENCY!! By 10:30 their tech called me with his findings and the cost. He had time right then to purchase the tank and install the same day!! Job complete within a few short hours!! I was very happy with the results! I would recommend their services any time!!

John has been here several times for our plumbing needs. He is thorough, friendly, and does quality work. He always explains everything to your understanding. He also has made himself available for follow up questions.

He has helped us out with a new dishwasher being installed by the 3rd party installer that we bought from Home Depot. The install work was less than satisfactory. When I had questions about the work that someone else did, John - who had just done some work in our bathrooms that morning- swung by to take a look in the afternoon. We are planning to have John from JB Water come later this week to fix the install.

I would highly recommend JB Water and John to my network!!!

Tony, has been here a few times. Every time he's been here he's done a fantastic job. I have to rate him as professional, experienced with excellent customer service. I found him to be polite, courteous & on time. He also does something not to many other companies do & that's call when he's on his way with an ETA, just great. We had a plumbing issue come up on a Friday night and immediately got a hold of someone at JB Plumbing. Within an hour, someone was at the house clearing the drains. He didn't leave until almost 10 at night but remained professional and polite the whole time. When the bill arrived, we were shocked at the reasonable amount charged for such quality service. We will definately lean on JB Water for all our plumbing needs.

What dare are JB send us the bill. This is a shame!!! Today they sent me a bill for level 1 diagnostic & service call in which I knew I exactly what need to be done in advance. We were asking for quote. We gave them the new buyer inspection report with picture. I called my realtor and told her how unhappy I am with JB Water. We both agreed JB Water don't know what they doing. My Realtor is going to pick up that $85 tap to say sorry to us.(I am really please she is doing that for us) She is very disappointed at them. Guess what. We are not going to use JB Water ever. As a matter fact, I will make sure all my friend and family know if they ever have plumbing need, they will not call JB Water.

We needed help quickly and Dallan with JB Water came within 15 minutes and helped get a broken shower valve fixed late on a Saturday evening. He had great communication with telling us the problem and while fixing it. The service and knowledge was exemplary and he had the situation resolved quickly, less than an hour, which helped get our water turned back on to the rest of the house. You couldn't ask for better customer service or a more knowledgeable person to come fix your plumbing needs. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing issues, you know you will be happy with your service and you will be well taken care of.
