I called and spoke with Jerry. He was polite and courteous. My toilet started to spill water out. Jerry indicated he'd see me between 1 and 3. Unfortunately, he got held up on the job. He stayed in contact with messages. He finally made it. I didn't call another plumber because after reading all his reviews. I felt he would be honest. Guess what he is a very personal guy. He took a look and discovered the one of the pipes was not connected. It was a very simple fix. The wait was definitely worth it! I can tell you he's a straight up person and honest!
Thank you Jerry. I usually don't write on Yelp but he was superior! I plan on him being my plumber. So, I suggest you hire him for all your plumbers issues. Irene

Late review - I wanted to ensure reliability after 60 days. Jerry was very professional in any correspondence and had a competitive quote for kitchen sink and disposal replacement. He arrived on time and was very courteous and straight to the job. There was a minor challenge where he had to grind some of the granite countertop to fit the footprint of the new sink. Much thanks to all his quick, hard work. No leaks or any issues. Old stuff was taken away. Cleaned up after himself. Takes Venmo. I recommend him and will continue to use him for all my plumbing needs.

Jerry was very professional and did a great job.

He always put on booties before entering my home. He first came to take a look and give an estimate for free without charging the trip, unlike some other plumber who would charge $150 just to come take a look. We discussed the plan on how to proceed and I ordered the valve stems for the leaky bath tub faucet plus brand new faucet trim and valve system just in case the valve stems could not be easily removed and replaced. (The new faucet trim and valve system were not needed so I will return them unopened.)

He also replaced the shower's mixer pressure balance kit which I already got the part for. Since it was done during the same visit, Jerry kindly offered a discount for it.

After Jerry finished replacing the faulty parts, he tested the repaired tub faucet and shower to make sure there was no leak, and told me to check that the other faucets in the house were also working fine. He cleaned up the debris into his tool box and did not leave any mess.

Overall, the jobs were done well, timely and professionally.

Jerry is a 5 stars plumber who I will recommend and plan to hire for future jobs.
