My garbage disposal was stuck so I reached out to JB Rooter and Plumbing via yelp. They were recommended to me by couple of folks in my community.

Jerry replied back to me. He was quick to respond and schedule an appointment.

He came and quickly solved the issue. Felt he was very professional, friendly and honest. He not only fixed the current issue but also gave advice on other plumbing needs like cleaning the water heater.

I had an old leaking shower cartridge that was stuck in the valve. Most plumbers recommened full valve replacement which might have required shower replacement due to its age.

Jerry was friendly on the phone and quoted me a reasonable price to do the work. He even gave me some hints to try before his appointment. Well, his advice worked! I got the cartridge out and replaced it myself. I will certainly call Jerry with any future plumbing problems I have. He knows his stuff!

Our main sewer line became clogged on Sunday. Our street trees really like getting their roots into the sewer, so about every year and a half things get backed up. The outfit we normally go with couldn't come out for a week. Can't do without a toilet for that long. My wife found J B Rooter on Angie's and I'm glad she did. Jerry was very responsive and cleared the line in short order. Would definitely call on him again and recommend to our neighbors.

Jerry is very reliable, honest and friendly. I had gas leaks at two sites of my house, and he was able to reseal the pipes to fix the leaks. PG&E ran a test after and verified there was no more leak. One of the gas leaks was coming from behind my Viking stove/oven unit, and he was able to carefully pull it out without damaging my hardwood floors and then reseal the gas pipe behind it. He didn't charge extra for multiple trips, great guy - I highly recommend him!
