I have tried to be patient with this company that was supposed to come out and look for the issue and repair . They scheduled the first visit at 1pm but then failed to show up due to unfinished business at a different part of town. They only let me know 30 minutes prior to the appointment. They then rescheduled for the next day at same time, and my tenant took the day off to wait for them and still nothing , and as of 4:21pm they sent a text message stating they will reschedule because of another emergency . With all due respect to the company I do feel it's a bit unprofessional and disrespectful. Called in to tell the lady on phone how unprofessional they are, and that I will leave a review so that other customers know what kind of service they are getting. Lady responded go ahead and leave a review all you want, we don't care.
