I had an appointment set up with JB Pro Between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The day before my appointment I called to verify that my appointment was still scheduled. The technician assured me that they will be here . The day of my appointment at 11:30 a.m. no one showed up, I called the technician he said he was going to call his boss and call me back within 5 minutes. I am still waiting on a phone call. Very unprofessional company and I will not be using them.

First of all, I sent a request in quite detail and was quoted a price. When the guy showed up he said that he was told it was a replacement of the fixture which I specifically said it was three new fixtures and he called his boss and I was told it would be another $175. We agreed bc we needed the job done ASAP. It took 1 1/2 days. Both days I had to assist the guy bc they didn't send another guy which the guy working kept saying they would send another helper. The guy went outside and would google how to do the job. He also left a mess, a horrible mess. I cleaned the first day and he left a mess the next day. I spent 4 hours total cleaning his mess. He did not wear booties over his shoes and it rained throughout the day. The job was finally done but I would never hire again

Never again!!! I hired him to fix a well water pump he said maybe it was the pump an that he would come the following day to replace so we could get water in the house. I had to text him to find out what time he would arrive he told me he would let me know what time in the afternoon. I told him I had bo water in the house he asked me did I have water....smh...its the reason why i called you. Thats one red flag!! The next day I didn't hear from him only to get a last minute text saying it was something urgent and he couldn't come an that I needed a new well. He told me he could maybe come Saturday but need to talk to his partner so I wait and text his days later. He calls me to say he needs a permit and that it will takes months like til August. Its June and I have no water you want me to wait til August???? Another red flag!!!! So I call the Water management to see how long it would take for a permit for a well and was told if I give them the man name they can look up his license. I told them I couldn't remember his last name so he told me if the plumber can fill out the permit now he can start on my well the next day. I text the plumber an tell him what was said and asked for him name but he didnt text back his last name only text me that his about partner issue and tools issue an that i would have to wait til August. At this point im not waiting 2 months later to get water and decided to go with another plumber that helped me in 1 week. Something not right with this company. I will never again book.
