His communication regarding his arrival time, which included a picture for safety, respectful treatment of my home and quickness of the service he performed was astounding. Jean kept me informed of how the job was progressing. Payment was extremely fair and felt well under what I expected to pay. He had to leave to grab materials needed for the job and was back quickly.
