The units we manage starting backing up and exploded out into the backyard. We called JB on a Tuesday and they came out on the next morning at 9:30. They snaked the line and looked into the pipe with a camera. They identifed the problem in the line and provided options and two estimates to fix it. We intend to use them often! Wonderful customer service. Extremely professional and reasonable!

Our sewer line started back up into our shower and toilets on a Sunday afternoon. We called JB that afternoon and they arrived on Monday morning. They worked for a half day and diagnosed that there was a significant blockage in the sewer line which would require tackling it from outside the house. They returned at 7:30am on Tuesday, dug up our yard, disassembled the deck and replaced about 20+ feet of sewer line that was completely eroded and impacted. They then put the yard and deck back to exactly the same condition they found it, and by about 8:pm were done with the job. They could not have worked more diligently or with better communication. Pricing was entirely reasonable especially when you consider how thorough and professional they were. I hope we never have to do this again, but you couldn't go wrong by calling them. It was an amazing experience during such a difficult time. Can't say enough good things.

This review is a long time coming. My house is old - like 90 years old. It's been remodeled a few times, but things wear out and go bad. For the first couple of years I lived in my home I used the plumber recommended by the previous owner. Every single thing those guys did would fall apart within a year. Then a colleague recommended I call Jose at JB Plumbing. He's been a godsend. He answers his phone. He shows up whenever I've had an urgent plumbing issue within an hour or two. He tells me what needs to happen and what it will cost, and he delivers. His work doesn't need to be fixed a year later.

This weekend when my main line was leaking, my first reaction was panic. Second reaction - call Jose. He was at my house within an hour, shut down the water and showed up the next day to fix the problem.

I've also had him work on the sewer line, my toilet and my water heater. Like I said - it's an old house.

I love that he works this as a family business too. Everyone at JB Plumbing is friendly and professional, and even my architect neighbor
said the work was amazing. Plus - there are women on this crew which is beyond awesome.

JB is dependable, honest and great at his job. He gives you honest advice, and his prices are more than fair. Once he even charged me less for the job than he originally quoted because he ended up using less piping materials than he had estimated. He is a nice guy, and he goes the extra mile. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Thes guys were TERRIFIC! They came out on a Sunday on 4th of July weekend and diagnosed the issue, found the problem, fixed it and put everything back together in a cpl of hours and at a very FARE price! I had a sump pump issues where someone flushed a huge amount of paper towels and it got jammed in the motor. They were friendly and easy to talk too and professional. A small family business that I'm glad I have found. Will definitely have in my phone next time something comes up.

I have been using JB Plumbing for a number of years for various main drain clogs, major root issues affecting plumbing and smaller plumbing repairs. They are outstanding. Always cordial, professional, very reasonable and fair pricing and is almost always on time. If he is running late, he let's you know. I have used other plumbers and plumbing companies in the past and I was never very trusting if these companies. You want an excellent plumber who is fair and gets the job done-I would highly recommend Jose and JB Plumbing!
