These guys came by at night for an emergency clog situation in our single toilet home. It turned out there was a root ball in the sewer right where it turns into the house. They couldn't get to it without a price bump I wasn't prepared for (for a more elaborate solution)... so I decided to wait til the morning and get another option. But these guys were honest and reliable, and didn't charge me anything for their time (even though I offered), which I really appreciated. And their option ended up being right in the ballpark of the other guys. Thank you!

They responded promptly to a leaking garbage disposal and a couple toilets that needed some help, when other plumbers wouldn't work in condos, or had a crazy wait time. They were professional and though I don't know very much about pricing, it seemed fair and they seemed very honest and explained the procedures and worked very quickly. They guarantee their work too. Late Saturday afternoon we discovered a bad leak under the house, shit happens, literally. I called for help and they showed up in about 15-20 mins. They did what they could on the first day and showed up bright and early the second day to finish the job. They were able to squeeze us in and provide excellent service from start to finish. All covid-19 protocol is followed by them. They have mask, gloves, even cover their shoes to walk inside the house if needed. They left the work area nice and clean. Better then before. A+ service. I appreciate the urgency and the sacrifice to come on Mother's Day. Will be calling them in the future for sure.

I had an issue with two sink clogs so I found JB Plumbing on Yelp and called them because of the positive reviews. I explained the issues and they were available to come out the next day (a Sunday). They came out on time (even gave a heads up when they were on the way) and resolved the issues quickly. They also provided some tips on how to maintain to prevent a recurrence. Overall had a great, efficient experience, and would definitely call them again.

They're my go to plumbers. Jesse and Jose are just the most trustworthy and honest plumbers I've ever worked with. I have many many problems with the pipes in my very old house and they're always very determined to get to the bottom of any problem-- they're almost like pipe detectives! Their prices are fair and they are really good people. Hire them!

Jesse and Jose explained the issue clearly and answered all my questions. It turned out to be a bigger job than I expected and they helped me understand what the work entailed. I was really apprehensive about all the work I needed to get done, but I felt secure in the honest work and communication this amazing family team provided.

While we were getting the insulation redone in our new home, the foreman pointed out a questionable, duct-taped repair on one of the vent pipes in the attic. Called Jose and he was able to come out that afternoon. After poking around for a couple of minutes, he assured me that the pipes just needed to be glued together, and that it was a simple fix that I could do myself for a few bucks. Covid safe, good communication, and punctual, too!

Kind people who do excellent work. They roto-rooted our drain last week and came back today to replace our entire sewer line, which was broken in several places. They clearly know what they're doing and explain things really thoroughly, which inspires confidence. They also give a detailed report of the work completed on the invoice.
