Armando is the man. We had our main sewer line out from the house backed up and called roto rooter. They came out and couldn't get it clear. At 6pm on a Friday I called JB And Armando said no problem, I can try a few things. He came over worked hard at it and with 2 hours it was cleared and we were back in business. He knows his stuff and charges a better rate. Couldn't recommend someone more highly based on my experience.

Listen. When your bath is slow to drain and suddenly your toilet starts bubbling and then the other toilet won't flush, and it's Friday at 8pm, you know you're in for an exciting evening. Husband found JB Plumbing on Yelp and they were here in less than 45 minutes! The whole family is incredible and I was so impressed with Jessie in particular - she really knows her stuff and has a calming, confident demeanor. We unfortunately had to have pretty major work done to the main line but they did it swiftly, expertly and efficiently - leaving no mess behind. Relieved to have this behind us, and while I hope we have no future plumbing issues, I know who to call if we do.

They explained the problem, keeping our plumbing fears reasonable and showed our kid a lot of very cool tools - especially watching our sewer line get a colonoscopy, and what I'm pretty sure was a Ghostbusters tool for locating problematic roots in our yard. They helped us with a tough night!

JB Plumbing and Rooter are knowledgeable, highly skilled and tenacious. Our crawl space is compact, and crowded with old pipes, new pipes, footings, and way too much stuff for such a small space. Jose and Jesse were undaunted and dug out earth to get our extensive job done. We had a shoddy repipe done by hacks and they came in to help us literally dig our way out. Gas line fixed , hot water restored , we booked them for more work before they even left.
If you're reading this, then thank the plumbing gods because you have found the best, most skilled plumbers ever.

They are so helpful and kind, they actually helped me solve my toilet flushing problem over the phone, it ended up being something simple which they were able to teach me. The woman I talked to over the phone was very helpful in figuring out the problem (unlike other company I called which didnt ask me any details and was probably going to try and charge me for new parts). Will definitely be using them for any future plumbing issues I might have. Thanks JB!

These guys came by at night for an emergency clog situation in our single toilet home. It turned out there was a root ball in the sewer right where it turns into the house. They couldn't get to it without a price bump I wasn't prepared for (for a more elaborate solution)... so I decided to wait til the morning and get another option. But these guys were honest and reliable, and didn't charge me anything for their time (even though I offered), which I really appreciated. And their option ended up being right in the ballpark of the other guys. Thank you!

They responded promptly to a leaking garbage disposal and a couple toilets that needed some help, when other plumbers wouldn't work in condos, or had a crazy wait time. They were professional and though I don't know very much about pricing, it seemed fair and they seemed very honest and explained the procedures and worked very quickly. They guarantee their work too. I will be calling them again, when needed. Thumbs up.

Late Saturday afternoon we discovered a bad leak under the house, shit happens, literally. I called for help and they showed up in about 15-20 mins. They did what they could on the first day and showed up bright and early the second day to finish the job. They were able to squeeze us in and provide excellent service from start to finish. All covid-19 protocol is followed by them. They have mask, gloves, even cover their shoes to walk inside the house if needed. They left the work area nice and clean. Better then before. A+ service. I appreciate the urgency and the sacrifice to come on Mother's Day. Will be calling them in the future for sure.
