Johnny strikes again!!! I called Johnny because our kitchen sink was backed up he showed up and fixed it so fast. I also asked him to fix our toilet. A plumber from Adeedo said the flange was broken and it was going to cost us $2400 (he also said he needed to cut the tile, cut the pipe and obtain a permit from the city. Johnny pulled up the toilet and saw the flange was not broken the bolt needed to be replaced and a few other things for the toilet were replaced. For the 3 items fixed today came out to under $600!!! When Adeedo was trying to charge us $2400 for 1 item to be fixed! I'm grateful for Johnny and his great integrity! He's got a great work ethic. As long as Johnny is working we will call him for our plumbing needs. Thanks Johnny for being honest and efficient!

I called Corey regarding an emergency flooding situation at my apartment building. Corey was quick to respond and was there promptly within @ 20 minutes. He diagnosed the problem as a water heater which had burst. While he was there, he checked the water heater in the unit below which had also exceeded its service life. He proceeded to quote me $5000 for replacement of two 30 gallon heaters and supply lines and valves. Because I was in a bind and needed the problem resolved promptly I agreed. The job was completed the next morning with no further issues. When I later called two other very reputable plumbing companies on Yelp, they quoted the same job at $4200.00!! Due to the huge cost differential, I will not be using JB Plumbing for any further plumbing issues. When I brought the disparity to their attention, I got no response.

Do not use this company in the future if you wish to pay a reasonable cost for repairs. Their parts markup and labor charges far exceed their competitors and they have definitely lost a repeat customer.
