Had a very old water heater and it started leaking. As soon as I learned about it, I sent a note out on Yelp and Benjamin responded immediately. He got here within 20 minutes. I told him I needed this fixed by 530, which gave him a few hours to remove and replace. He got it done in record time for a great value, and even helped fix a leaky valve in my shower at the end.

Ben responded to my request quickly, and was able to come out promptly and evaluate the issue. He came back the next day to resolve the issue. I contacted him later the same day to discuss another issue, and he again came back out promptly the next day and evaluated the secondary issue and resolved the last problems. He chose to identify the low cost issues first and that turned out to be the problem in both cases. His prices for the time and materials was extremely reasonable. Ben is also extremely informative, knowledgeable and speaks frankly and openly. I will be hiring him in the future for any other Hvac work.

They installed a $6,000 AC unit in Spring 2021. 15 months later it wasn't working. There were coolant leaks at two of the pipe joints. They told me that I since was 3 months out of warranty I would have to pay for the repairs. As a result I have already spent $1600 in additional repairs on a 1 year old AC. Very disappointed.
