Our water heater was leaking out of the bottom and spilling onto our patio from the water closet. Put out the Bat Signal on Yelp, JB responded right away and offered to replace it same day sight unseen for a price that was almost half of the other offers I had received. Too good to be true? Rolled the dice and glad I did! JB delivered as promised, highly recommend! Will keep him in mind for any plumbing issues in the future.

[Edit] After reading a negative review someone left yesterday, I have to more to add to set the record straight. Ben came at the time he promised, while it was raining this morning, despite the long drive to San Jose, and fixed the problem. He also did a different repair for me several months ago and did a flawless job on that as well.

After he was paid, he noticed a possible problem (it wasn't a problem), went inside, and inspected the operation of the HVAC unit for another 10 minutes until he was satisfied it was working well. He was friendly and gave good tips about maintenance.

His man is conscientious, fair, considerate, and knows what he is doing. *Strongly* recommend.

Had a very old water heater and it started leaking. As soon as I learned about it, I sent a note out on Yelp and Benjamin responded immediately. He got here within 20 minutes. I told him I needed this fixed by 530, which gave him a few hours to remove and replace. He got it done in record time for a great value, and even helped fix a leaky valve in my shower at the end.

Our sewage drain was clogged and overflowing in the morning. Found Benjamin on Yelp. He responded quickly and gave me a quote and made an appt later the same day. He cleared it out with a snake and stuck with his initial quote and even gave a slight discount. We also requested him to fix our air conditioning while he was here. He diagnosed the problem and figured out it needs Freon. He was professional, explained things to us, and had experience. He gave us a fair price and discount since he was already here.
