They arrived on a rainy Sunday night to reconnect my heating system. I had been without heat for over 24 hours with the fan still blowing cold air, continuously.
He told me I did not need a new thermostat, that it had been disconnected at the furnace. He explained everything and even pointed out things that weren't in the manual.

Benjamin is one of the most professional persons to deal with. When he gives you a quote and says he can do the job to your specifications and wants, he follows through.

I purchased a Mr.Cool air and heat unit and wanted it mounted on my living room wall with no wires or pipes showing. Just the unit.

Of all the persons that gave quotes and came to look at the area, he was the only one that said he could do that! And he did a beautiful job!

Everything I asked to be done and locations of the equipment was completed then he cleaned up any debris from installation inside and out.

It works perfectly and I'm thrilled with the units. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness, your professionalism, and working with me to install the unit. And I would hire you in a heartbeat to install units in my home.

I had a small plumbing project. This required extending 2 feet of copper pipe and 4 joints in my garage for my home water filter system. As with any home project, I get several estimates from different contractors. I had JB Heating and Air Conditioning come out to give me a bid. They set up an appointment with me to come to my house but never showed up. I called and they said they were in another city on a project and would call me back. They never called me back. The next day I called and they finally came out to my house. They quoted $300 for a job that would take 30 minutes. I had two quotes from two other plumbing companies that both said it was a 30 min job but they had to charge a min of 1 hour of labor. (I should mention that I had the copper pipe already and just needed the labor to install it). One previous two estimates were $120 and $95. JB Heating and Air Conditioning is a complete rip off at $300/hour! When I asked why they were so expensive (the owner - who came to my house) said he had to charge for his license, drive time, and gas! Unbelievable! He lives/works in my town 5 min away!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid this business at ALL COST! Use another company. You'll definitely save a lot of money.
