Benjamin was great to us. We had a leaky disposal which he fixed and replaced. He was prompt, polite, and didn't overcharge us. We had gotten one ridiculous quote before we called him. Also, he brought a couple of choices of replacement disposals so he didn't leave and spend time at Home Depot on our dime/time. He's a really good guy. We will definitely call him again when we have a plumbing or heating problem.

The heating in our tenant's place stopped working all of the sudden (of course, it's the middle of winter). I called multiple heating repair companies but all had no openings until a week or two out.......one place told me that waitlist was 6 months long! When I called JB Heating, they were able to fit me in on the same-day. Ben came to the house, quickly diagnosed the issue, and even had the needed part on his truck so he was able to do the repair immediately and the cost was much less than I expected. Benjamin came to my home after few quick conversation from Yelp platform and he quoted an estimate of $89.00 at the start.
Unfortunately after checking everything, he ended up changing a limit switch and made it working. I don't know how much a limit switch will cost, but it may be $50-60. He ended up charging me $230.
He mentioned that quote is to only find the problem and not fix it. I was very surprised by his attitude and I was baffled to understand how his quote can be so misguiding...
Not a good experience at all. Cannot recommend him at all.

JB responded quickly, and fixed our tub faucet on the weekend. He knew the particular brand and how it worked and what parts it needed, from the photo I sent. This made the job go faster and cheaper, because he avoided replacing the main body of the vave--only the internals were worn out.

We called and made an appointment for dryer vent cleaning for an Airbnb property we own. They gave us a time block, so we didn't book any guest stays, and had our property manager on-site to let them in.

They never showed up.

When we called them to see what was going on, they said they were busy for the rest of the day, and didn't know when they could fit us in.

WTH? Waste of our time.
