JB was fantastic. Called him on Saturday afternoon, he came by on Sunday afternoon. Within an hour he had diagnosed and fixed two problems with my washing machine and it's up and running now. Couldn't be happier! and his price was BEYOND reasonable; less than half what I was prepared to pay. I will be calling him for any appliance issues in the future.

I was told to take my business else where when i asked if the company was insured and bonded if any accidental damages were to happen if their installer was to drop a heavy microwave on my granite counter top durring the installation process.
