Last Thursday after finding my heater would not stay on, I researched and found Jazz Heating and decided to call after reading the great reviews. They were able to get a technician out to my house that same afternoon. Zach arrived right on time, very friendly and put on shoe covers before coming into the house. After quite a long time I went to check on him and it looked like he had the whole heater torn apart! He documented every part with pictures as he went and walked me through it all. It's an old heater and Zach basically did an entire safety check, diagnosed the problem and had it back together shortly. He found the problem and promised to call the next morning after locating the part, which he did. The part came in and was installed yesterday morning quickly and efficiently! The price was very fair and every person I interacted with at Jazz Heating was friendly and helpful. Zach is awesome, extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in a way I could understand, including things to think about when considering replacing my very old heater and air conditioner after I inquired about next eventual steps. I will absolutely use Jazz Heating again and ask for Zach!

Our AC broke unexpectedly. They had a tech out within a day to inspect our system and as we expected it had reached its end after 20+ years. They got us an estimate quickly. The next day they had a team out to replace our furnace and AC. Hero team 8 came out, completely professional and throughly explained what they were doing. They knocked the job out in a day, cleaned our vents and installed a new thermostat. They explained how to use the new system well. Cleaned up after themselves and left our house just as clean as when they got there. Great pricing and great work. They even pulled the permits with the city. Very happy and can't recommend the Jazz crew enough.
