Sergio Aranda visited today to support a quote for a major furnace and duct replacement. His patience, thoroughness, technical proficiency and professionalism cannot receive higher marks from our experience. Buying a new furnace is never ""tops"" on anyone's spend list - Sergio and Jazz made consideration, selection, and options for purchase a great experience.

There is tremendous value in a company's client-facing leaders. Sergio is a leader, he is trustworthy, and he must be a tremendous asset to Jazz. I would personally request his facilitation of any service we select. Thank you Sergio. You truly exemplify exceptional service delivery.

They were quick to respond to my request and deploy Sergio to work on our central air. We were kept apprised of their expected arrival and did arrive within their estimated time. Sergio quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the unit all in a very short time frame. Sergio provided a quick estimate of the costs and when the work was completed actually under the estimate, we were completely satisfied and appreciated Sergio's great service. Had Jazz perform two services across two separate visits. First they inspected a leak/fixed one of my toilets then they repiped and installed a new garbage disposal in my kitchen sink. James came out to do the work and he was awesome. He explained everything so I knew what was happening and what needed to be done to fix the problems. Prices were fair and the work is backed up with a warranty. 10/10 would recommend Jazz to anyone who needs plumbing work :)

Sean and his team were great! They replaced our broken water pipe quickly and communicated clearly with us throughout the process. My house had 2 problems:
1. A small gas leak at a spot where the pipe from the gas meter entered the garage.
2. The water heater exhaust had back draft

I went on Yelp to find some possible places. Jazz Heating was at the top when I searched for a plumber.

1. I spoke with Jackie on the phone about the situation and she made appointments for technicians (one for the gas leak and one for the water heater) to come two days later.

2. Thomas came first to look at the water heater
- after taking apart the exhaust outlet and seeing it was fine, he then went on the roof
- He figured out that the double wall venting went right up against the underside of the roof jack, which left no room for the exhaust to escape
- He cut the venting shorter, reattached the roof jack, turn the water heater on, and saw there was no more back drafting.

3. Jose and Luis came to inspect the gas leak
- They sprayed the spot that PG&E initially found and said it was very tiny.
- Then they sprayed other spots along the gas pipes and found a bigger gas leak that PG&E did not find.
- I also asked them to inspect the furnace (minor stuff like replacing the inlet gas connector hose)
- They told me there's two options: a) $1800 to fix the 2 leaks or b) Since the pipes are super old, replace it all for $8000 + $500 to pull permit for city inspection.
- I decided to replace the old pipes and had to wait for the work order to be written up
- Jose and Luis came back the next day and worked on it. They did a great job and explained to me they will come back to patch up some of the holes in the drywall when the city inspector sets up the appointment.
- On the day the city inspector came and approved the repairs, Jose then patched up the holes, and everything was complete.

4. Jazz Heating was great. They handled the permits and scheduling of the inspection, they called me to give updates, and I especially like that they send a text message with the technicians name and photo along with a link to track when they would arrive at my house. If you need any plumbing or HVAC work done, you should definitely call Jazz, you won't regret it.

I received a text and picture of our Tech (Alex) prior to arrival.

Alex went straight to work and gave me play by play. He quickly found the issue and provided me a straight forward cost.

Once our furnace and A/C unit finally kicked the bucket of 48 years, we called JAZZ and Sanny came out the next day. Got a quote and had the new Lennox furnace & A/C installed the next day. Very professional & cleaned up afterwards. When done, showed me how to use the NEST thermostat which seems so simple.

After a week, our heater wouldn't shut off one day for 30 minutes and then the next couple of days it happened again but for almost 3 hours. Called JAZZ around midnight but no tech is available at that time but scheduled for them to come in the morning. Anthony Ball came and replaced with basic thermostat till we ended up with the Lennox thermostat. He tested out the thermostat to make sure everything is working properly. Also very professional and explaining how to use the new thermostat.
We now love how our house is nice and warm. I would highly recommend JAZZ Heating.

Heater went out at 4p on a Friday of a 3 day weekend, called, technician came out Saturday morning. HOOOORAYYY!!!!!! Rich was awesome, took the time to figure out a ""weird"" situation. DONE! Extremely happy, will use them again.
