My heater stopped working intermittently and I called Jazz since they had installed the heater a few years back. I had a pleasant conversation on the phone and had a technician come and look at it in less than 24 hours. The technician replaced a part that was covered by warranty and was polite and on time. Bryan W from Jazz was timely, efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable. I told him what I thought was the issue and after a few quick diagnostic tests, we quickly confirmed there was a blockage in the inducer motor. He cleaned out the debris and ensured the unit operated normally. He did a great job and was very detailed in his communication, tips and follow-up. Great job, Bryan!

Service was quick to respond. The technician, named Chance, was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He identified the problem and knew the solution immediately. Unfortunately, their truck was not supplied with the needed common toilet valve parts, so he had to run out to HW store. He returned quickly with said parts and finished the repairs quickly and easily. Two toilets had the same valve problem at the same time and needed simple replacement parts that most anyone with a pair of pliers could fix. The diagnosis of this problem was the key value that Chance supplied.
With that value recognized, the annoyance was the price for a simple repair x 2.
Would I recommend Jazz Heating? Yes, because they responded quickly and the service was excellent. I would definitely give them a ""Chance"" again to earn five stars by making cost more reasonable.

We had hired for finding a water leak issue in plumbing. They work on hourly basis and doesn't give you a fixed rate to debug or fix an issue. For us to figure out it was a plumbing issue, we had to give ideas to the plumber how to find the issue. He had identified incorrect issue originally. Later he took 10 hours to find out the problem which took $2000+. If we want the issue to be fixed we have to pay for another 4-5hours. Realistically they should quote for finding and fixing the problem with a fix rate so people have an idea what is possible and what is not.
