The first time I called Jazz was because my AC unit had stopped working. They came out promptly and are the most professional HVAC company I've ever dealt with.
Later on that same day, my aunt's water heater rusted through the bottom. I told her to call Jazz. The went to her house immediately and installed a new water heater.
I signed up for their 2x per year maintenance plan. They just came out to do the fall maintenance and were once again professional, effective, and helpful.
I will be recommending them to everyone I know in the future!

Contacted Jazz in the morning, and shortly after, Brent arrived. His response was prompt and efficient. In approximately 30 minutes, Brent successfully repaired my heater and billed me a very reasonable fee. Overall, the process is smooth and super efficient. Would call them again for future projects.
