I called Jazy Frei to fix a leaky faucet in one of our bathtubs. They were amazing to talk to on the phone, very friendly and helpful. Once I explained our problem I was connected to a plumber, Christopher, who explained how the leak would be fixed and gave me a price for the repair. The appointment was scheduled the next day from 10:00-12:00. The next day 30 minutes before the appointment I received a call the plumbers were on the way and arrived a few minutes before 10:00. WOW could not believe when they drove up at the scheduled time. The two Plumbers, Grant and Chance, looked on the leak, explained what they were going to do, and had it fixed no time at all. Grant explained why we were having this problem due to very strong water pressure. This all made sense because this was the 3rd time we had to have it fixed. He also gave me a quote to repair the pressure problem and wrote the quote on the bill that the company would stand behind if we ever called them back to fix it. The faucet repair was exactly what was quoted on the phone. I was so impressed with this company; they explained what needed to be done, arrived on time and charged the quoted amount. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. I will never call anyone else for our plumbing problems. Thank you Jazy Frei, Christopher, Grant, Chance and the receptionist/secretary who made it all happen. 5 ***** Company for sure!!!

I scheduled an appointment for an estimate today (my only day off) between 10 & noon. I waited the whole time and no one showed up, no one called. I understand there are emergencies but at least give me a call so I am not just sitting at home waiting for no one to show. I called and was told that the emergency came up and they would be here after between 1 & 3 so I have to wait some more time as if I have nothing to do. They don't seem to care about other people's time or schedules. Not once did they apologize or say anything. When I said I can't just cancel it she didn't apologize just said okay and hung up. I contacted affordable plumbing, heat & electrical 719-471-0713 and it was the best decision. I recommend affordable over Jazy Frei

I spoke to Chris from a recommendation as the company being extremely reputable. I reached out in regards to an insurance claim from my adjuster to Wow he was extremely rude, and first of all not know what a insurance claims was. If thats the way you talk to your potential customer, sorry no thanks but I will find someone else. I went with Northern Colorado Plumbing and Drain. Ron and John were very professional. I suggest if you don't want to be belittled, avoid this company...

Well my first experience with this company was great. Guess I got lucky that time lol I need about $8-$10k worth of work done at my home now and called jazi for an estimate. btw-it's all work that's in their scope of abilities. Our first appointment was canceled by them. I called the next day to reschedule. No one showed for the second appointment and never called. A few days later, I called back to see what was up-got a half hearted ""I'm sorry "" and they did send a guy over within an hour. He was here for almost another hour. He was a pleasant enough guy. Said he'd put the paperwork on the boss's desk that night and I should hear something in a day or two. Well that was three weeks ago and I still haven't received the quote! So not sure what the problem is-guess they don't need the work. Too bad, I thought I'd found a reliable plumber-but sorry jazi-three strikes and you are OUT!!

Hired these knuckleheads in the Summer of 2007 to replace my main sewer line. Paid $10,000 for the work. Within two years my sidewalk and part of the street collapsed/sunk in. Had to get the county involved to get them to fix the issue. It in now March 2018 and I have to have half of the main line they replaced replaced again due to their poor install. The cost is now $13,000. So I am paying $23,000 for $10,000 worth of work. They never took the pvc to the city waterline drain. They left a few feet of the old orangeburg sewer line stuff. This stuff has sunk due to the fact that they never compacted the ground under their work. I wouldn't hire these guys again if they were the only plumbers in town. I know its been 11 years but you would expect an expensive repair like this to last a lifetime if it was done correctly. The vendor I hired today said this company does this all of the time. They take the easy way of doing the work. In fact when I began to explain what I went through in 2007 he was able to tell me what did the work. At least the new company is making the repair to the city line and doing it the right way. OVERALL POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. THINK BEFORE YOU HIRE THESE GUYS.

When I read a negative review about Jazy Frei Plumbing and Heating I immediately wonder whether the people writing the negative review are using the same Jazy Frei that I have used several times!?! Most recently I called them to find out why a sink overflowed. They showed up quickly which they always do and Grant and Brandon were polite, knowledgable, and found the problem quickly. They very clearly explained the problem to me and what they would have to do to fix it. They did not waste any time and I was satisfied with the cost. I will continue to use them and recommend them to friends. Grant was wonderful.

Jazy Frei plumbing and heating fixed my furnace at my rental. They were very polite to my renter and did a great job. i was very pleased with the service and have used them at my business as well. I highly recommend Jazy Frei.

My most recent experience with Jazy Frei has been absolutely horrible

Two years ago I had my main sewer line back up, I called Jazy Frei, they came in ran the snake and foamed for roots. I did not have a problem for two years after the work they did.
Three weeks ago, I had the same problem with my main sewer line, I called Jazy Frei and asked them to come over and do the same work. The Jazy Frei employee came over and I explained to him the issue and the solution from my last experience. He said it would be no issue and got to work.

The main drain line access is behind the washer so I assisted the worker move the dryer. As we pulled it out it scraped the wall. Since I was helping this is partially my fault so I understood that part of the fault was mine. But his response was ""you got touch up paint right....cool"".
So the employee starts working, I leave him for about 15 minutes. I come back down and he says "" I didn't hit anything, can you help me with the cable?"". So after we get the cable back up he takes his equipment to the truck and is out there for a half an hour. He come back in with my bill and asks me to sign. I ask him if he is going to put the washer back or remove the sewer waste from the wall. He says ""Oh, I thought you were going to do that"".
So as he moves the washer back I look over the $375 dollar bill. He says that ""yeah its expensive but we have a 90 day warrantee"" . The bill states that he ran the cable twice. I asked him when he had time to do that. No response.

Then he says ""Hey nice art in your house and love the remodeling work you are doing the bathroom"". I asked him why he was walking around my house. His response ""oh, just concerned the snake line came up your shower"" . All I could think is ""your concerned that 40 foot of cable is bouncing around my bathroom?

So, two weeks later the main sewer line backed up again. So I call Jazy Frei back. The employee comes out and says that since it's not currently backed up there is nothing they could do, but he could run a camera down it to check. As he left he told me he would call me back that day and schedule an appointment. Three days later they call, stating that the camera and checking the line did not fall under the warrantee and they would have to charge me another $85. By this point I had had enough.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. Oh and don't even try to call their emergency line....
