This company was referred from The home warranty company. The issue I had the warranty company did not cover the toilet my. (my flange had rotted) I let this company do the work. He ran late but then again he gave no specific time just that he was coming in the afternoon. He showed me what he was doing and was reasonable. I had no problem since.

Can't keep an appointment time and they don't call to say they are running late or need to reschedule. Because they were running late over 2 hours I called and left messages before I got ahold of someone. We had to reschedule then they were hours late for the rescheduled appointment and they didn't call again to notify me. The fixed pipe leaked so I called and they agreed to send someone out the next day, great!, but no one showed and no one called to say they wouldn't be making the appointment. Lot's of my time wasted.
