This place needs a round of applause !!
I have had the biggest headache with one particular toilet at my house for over a year. I have had it service twice with another plumbing company whom seem to only give it a quick fix!
Of course on a hectic Monday morning this toilet decides to make my morning so much worse! It starts to over flood like a darn volcano with no mercy !! I immediately called Jay's Plumbing and service in panic! Melissa was amazing and so calming on the phone. She had her technician Jerry come that evening!
When Jerry came the toilet seemed to calm down a bit but still was not draining. He was so sweet & explained his game plan to me. He was able to fix this troubled toilet within 1 hour! They were able to even make paying for the service so convenient!!
I will only be calling this place for future plumbing rescues! Thanks again Jerry and Melissa !

I am wondering how my experience was so different from the other reviews. Jerry was the guy that came out to fix our slab hot water leak. He went through the floor and fixed a leak and then told us that there was another leak in the kitchen floor. Knowing this ahead of time would have saved us over $400. He recommended rerouting the hot water through to ceiling. So that is what we opted to do. He cut holes everywhere. I understand that he had to do this but he made a huge mess and didn't clean up after himself. His timeline the first day went over by an hour. He then said he would have to return another day to finish. He couldn't return the next day because he had another job ( now wouldn't someone with experience know how long the job would take and block off that amount of time?) So he comes back 2 days later and works for less than two hours before he says he has to go to a kind of emergency at Wet and Wild. He returns three hours later and works all day. He leaves and doesn't provide a hookup for the water line from the dishwasher. This was Saturday. So we waited until Monday at 4pm to get that fixed. Do you know how bad week old dishes smell?! I know you are probably thinking that I could've washed them by hand... well yes and no. I have a broken foot so no. And the best part was when he left the toilet off because the flange needed replaced. I couldn't deal with him anymore.
I did give two stars though. One for Mel. She was helpful and courteous. And one for the price. It was better than another quote. It would've been even better had he never gone through the floor in the first place.

Jay's was referred to me by my neighbor who is in construction and uses Jay's for his own personal needs when he has issues. Spoke initially with Mel, and she is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the business. I had a hot water leak in my house...she sent Jerry out with the detection equipment and he identified two leaks in my garage concrete slab in front of my hot water heater. He removed the heater and platform, jackhammered the necessary concrete to get to the issues, repaired them, and used concrete patch to seal and put the platform and heater back in place. Jerry is sooooo personable, and skilled at his trade. He knew exactly what was wrong and how to repair. The repair was competently performed and in a timely fashion. The price was way MORE than fair. I cannot say enough niceties about Jay's! Thank you Mel and Jerry!

Jerry with Jay's Plumbing & Service is outstanding. He goes the extra mile to ensure that everything is working correctly when he leaves. He will not be satisfied until the problem is 100% solved. Previously another company had come in to try to unblock my sewer. The representative from the other company cursed as he became more and more frustrated with the clog, he chipped my bathroom door trying to get a machine too big to go through, and allowed water from the toilet to go through the wall and into the carpet on the other side. He left me stranded at my house with three small children because he couldn't find the clean-out line outside my house. Jerry from Jay's Plumbing worked with me until the clog was totally cleared, and he installed a new clean-out line. He is worth his weight in gold.

Recently, I was referred to Jay's Plumbing for a second opinion regarding an issue with my sewer pipes.

I had made the mistake of calling another plumbing company to unclog my drain, and they told me that a sewer fitting underneath my foundation had separated and would cost in excess of $3000 to repair.

Curt, the owner of Jay's Plumbing was honest and forthcoming. His technician, Jerry was very thorough and efficient. Jerry conducted a video inspection of the sewer line and DID NOT find a separation or any other issues. He took the time to explain everything that the camera revealed during the video inspection.

The personnel from Jay's Plumbing were ethical and charged a reasonable price for their service. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing issue.
