Holy$hit, I didn't see the other reviews here Otherwise I'd NEVER use this effing loser!! This is just upsetting! My wife found him on a yellowpage, now to think abt it, why did she even find anyone on yellowpage anymore? Anyways, so called him up for a leaky RO filter service, and the problem was from the previous install. He ID-ed the problem and told my wife she needs to either replace the pressure tank or take the RO out completely. We still wanted to use the RO, but we just need the leak to be fixed. He could have just fixed the previous problem, and suggest that we have to replace the pressure tank. But no, he told my wife that to replace a pressure tank will cost more than a brand new RO unit, so it's better to just replace the entire thing. I knew that can't be true, and it turns out, a pressure tank costs from as low as $35 on Amazon!
So he convinced my wife that she should just let him remove the RO to Stop the leak. (again, the leak was becuz the RO's installation previously was just unfinished, he could have just finished it)
So for the RO removal, he charged my wife $125! For u guys who r unfamiliar with the RO system, it's pretty much just unplugging a few tubes...That's It!
And he has the audacity to put his stupid stickers all over the sink without asking our permission!
Use him only if u want to write a lengthy rant abt his $hitty over-charging service!

Very unprofessional. He will be aggressive on telling you to get his product. He rips you off and does not use good quality resources. Get a better a plumber.

less than 3 hour worked on leaking pipe and charged $1,700 dollars.

Omg, I don't understand how no one has shut this guy down yet... he came to fix a drain for us for 85$ so we agreed because some other place was trying to charge us 105$ midway through he tells us he has to charge us 150$ because the problem was bigger than he thought, we told him we won't pay that much because that's not what we agreed on so he said he can't do anything for us... so we asked him to stay till the water goes down because at this point the water was overflowing worse than before and he told us he has to leave cause we aren't paying him and the water should be going down... 30 minutes later the drains worse than ever he was trying to charge us more for him damaging something... so we called him and told him the water isn't going down but still he said he won't come back and he blabs on about everything and acts like he's so busy and he knows what he's doing but he doesn't know anything... horrible... planning to sue him

Add me to the list of bad reviews. I wish I read the reviews first. Water comes out from my bathroom floor but don't know the source. He makes holes in the wall but turn out to be the toilet. I thought something else needed to be fixed but he just have to replace with a new toilet and charges $650 for a new toilet & 2 hours of work. If I had known that's all he's going to do, I wouldn't agree. I told him that he's way over charge but he kept telling me that he's giving me a good deal.

My mom accidentally called this guy while trying to find a plumber in the chinese yellow pages. He doesn't even speak Chinese so why would you even have an ad in CHINESE in a chinese publication?! My mom speaks limited English but he convinced her to let him come fix the problem since no one else was willing to come the same day.

He comes and raises this price from what they agreed upon over the phone then hammers the crap out of the pipe because he couldn't get it open and then charges my mom $5 for a plastic replacement cap (original one was metal). SERIOUSLY.

Fast forward a week and we're still having the same issues with the bathroom pipes. My mom calls him back and he refused to come fix it or to give us a even a partial refund. Then he kept hanging up on my mom when she was talking and told her to stop calling him when she called back. Really professional.

AVOID THIS GUY AT ALL COSTS.

Very bed experience with this business today.
I called on him regarding the water running slow on both shower heads in tow bathrooms. On the phone, he said that is ""low water pressures"".
After he inspected the first shower unit, he said that is the ""sand problem"", he would fix both shower units for $250. I agreed the price, and let him do it.
Once he open the part in first bathroom, he said that is a ""broken cartridge problem"", he would charge total $380 for change the parts and labor. ( not the sand problem?).
So I okay with the $380 price. He worked on the second bathroom first. After he changed the cartridge, the water is running fine on that shower unit. Then, he worked on the first bathroom. A while, he said he could not fix it, because that is other problem, because the size is not right,....... He asked me pay him $250 for today. On the next, He said I have two choices: one, he would go to order a new cartridge, and try again, I need to pay more; other choice is he need to open the tile wall to fix, .....
I realized he is not doing business professionally and honest. When I paid him $250, he changed again, said he needed to charge $300. Finally, I paid him $250, and asked for an invoice/receipt, he refused to give me an invoice or receipt; he just give me his business card, said if any problem, call him.
Now one of the shower cartridge is unchanged, and the problem is more worse - no water coming out.
Should not rate any star.
