Keith even found a water leak in the crawl space under the home that would have been a nightmare if not discovered. He definitely saved me what could have been thousands of dollars in water damage! Hired them to service my oil heater. Tech came out found that I had water mixed with my oil. Tech was super nice and corruptive. Called the office and they agreed that they would have me pay after they came back out to finish servicing my heat pump. Tech understood I paid 500 for oil and that it was going to take a little bit before I could pay to get new oil and have ruined oil pumped. I get a call from an office person demanding money and demanding my credit card number to pay. I tried to talk to her and figure out what happened. She hung up on me and I called back to talk to the owner. It took 6 tries before I didn't get hung up on. A manager calls me back and says that is our policy that we charge after we finish the service in events like these. So to my understanding they will come back out and finish the job and I would pay them 35 bucks from the last time they came out. I called to schedule the servicing and they say you need to pay this invoice first. I tried to ask what happened and got the same issue I need you credit card and this bill paid now. I inform the lady I no longer need them to service my furnace. She hangs up before I could pay. So I call back and get the same rude lady. Horrible clustered service from office staff. I will never use them again. I wanted to support local business but will not when they treat their customers like this.

We had a heat pump not working at a rental house. I called the company who installed it and they told us it was 20 years old and needed replacing. I decided to get a 2nd opinion before spending $4000. V & H came and found a gasket that was leaking and the unit had lost its charge. They replaced the gasket and charged it for under $200. Highly recommend this company, have used them a couple of times since this and always satisfied with their service and price!

We just moved to the area and our A/C wasn't working. The tech from this company came out and tinkered with the A/C control and at least got it off electric only setting but said he didn't know why it wasn't working and that the system looked good. He said they were the regular repair company for this house with the previous owners. We ended up calling in another company that had to replace the broken system and we were told that the last repair place put a booster on the system to get it through the sale. I would never recommend this shady company that took advantage of a house sale and new buyers!!! Sad way to do business!!!!

Our heat system died right as major cold front rolled in a day before New Years Eve. Called 24 hour number. Within an hour Tim responded and offered to check our system first thing on New Years Day. A half hour after arriving our system was up and running for a fraction of what I expected to pay. Tim also provided an excellent quote to replace system if we ever decided to upgrade.

No pressure to replace system, just fixed it for an awesome price. We have our HVAC guy and highly recommend to anyone in Carrol County area
