Had Jay and his son come out to do some work to prevent mice from coming in. This required closing up gaps between the bricks in my fire place, filling large
holes under the kitchen and bathroom sinks where they drywall was cut,
and filling a large hole between the kitchen cabinets by the floor,
They did a wonderful job. Fire place looks great and the holes under the cabinets look great as well.
I have some future handy work that needs to be done and I will definately
be calling Jay.

$35 for an estimate. there are tons of GCs bid for projects, this guy does not. So unfortunately, we can't work with him.

Jay called me within an hour of posting my job (repair of the cabinet under my kitchen sink) and gave me a quote over the phone. He also let me know what factors might cause that price to go up depending on what he saw when he got here. He was able to come the next morning and the price was exactly what he quoted over the phone. And he fixed a pipe under the sink at no charge. He and his helper were neat and efficient. I will definitely use Jay again.
