Avoid This Contractor: Unreliable and Unprofessional for a brand-new bathroom installation.

My experience with JayPee was nothing short of a nightmare. From the outset, it was clear that he was not committed to delivering quality service or taking responsibility for the project.

JayPee displayed a dismissive and defensive attitude toward my concerns and requests. They consistently downplayed issues that arose during the project, refusing to take ownership or provide solutions. This lack of accountability was frustrating and showed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

Additionally, the pace of work was alarmingly slow. What should have been a straightforward job dragged on for far longer than necessary, with frequent delays and excuses. It became evident that they were not prioritizing my project or respecting my time.

Moreover, communication was severely lacking, manipulative, and very offensive, accusing me of excessive control over the project and pushing the timelines. 2 months of the brand-new bathroom installation, and it was far away from completion!

Ultimately, I had to make the difficult decision to terminate their services and hire someone else to finish the job properly. As they were finishing the bathroom they were finding the mistakes and issues caused by JayPee. This added significant stress and cost to what should have been a straightforward renovation.

In summary, I cannot recommend JayPee to anyone seeking reliable and professional service for a big project like mine. His dismissive attitude, lack of responsibility, and slow pace of work resulted in a deeply disappointing experience. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a contractor who values their clients and delivers on their promises.

I'm glad that people finding him helpful for smaller repairs, unfortunately it didn't work for me with my renovation project.
