I called Jay on a Saturday and he was at my house on Monday morning first thing to look at my issue. First things first, he was polite, kind, professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through every step of the process. He took an initial look at my issue before doing any work and explained the diagnostic fee. Then he took a deeper look and discovered where the leak wascoming from. At this point he reviewed prices with me again before going forward. Unfortunately for me it was a bigger problem than anticipated but Jay made sure I wanted to go through with each repair before doing it. He and his apprentice were diligent and worked for the entire time they were here. Upon finishing the job, they cleaned up everything, and were very thorough. While he was here he also took a look at another issue I was having that did not require immediate repair and gave me an estimate. I will be using Jay again, in the very near future and highly recommend that you do the same.
