We recently had the 3rd slab leak in our 30+ year old home. This is the first time that a plumber has tried to find the leak without first rushing in and tearing up the floors and foundation, or do a quick fix. Unfortunately, the attempt to not tear up the foundation could not be averted, but we believe the elusive leak that has caused issues over the last 28+ years was finally fixed. Bryan Porter was the plumber who fixed the leaks. He was respectful, on time, very tidy in cleaning up after himself. His work standard reminded us of years gone by. We will not hesitate to ask for Bryan when we have plumbing issues in the future.

They have always been able to pinpoint any issues without dragging out the service call. I had been having problems with my main line clogging. I'd had two different plumbers out and it would be unstopped for a week or two then stopped up again. I called Jay Young Plumbing and they sent out the nicest young man. He was so polite and friendly. After running his machine in the clean out several times and vent on the roof he said it got it cleared. That has been 3 months and my lines are still clear. I could not be happier with the service and response time.
P.S. After clearing my lines he ask if I would like him to stop my toilet from running and put a flapper on it for me.
