We've been having the same repeat plumbing issues for quite some time and used several of ""the other guys"". Their prices were always high flat rates and they never ended up fixing the problems. The team at Jay Johnson Plumbing was quick to respond, took the time to ask questions ahead of time to make sure they were prepared for the service call. They showed up quickly and completed the job as promised. Their pricing was very fair and reasonable. Most importantly they did qualify work and had excellent communication. I wanted my worn out 30 year old bathroom fixtures replaced and valves replaced. Jay Johnson gave me a reasonable quote, arrived on time, replaced the fixtures and valves, marked my main water valve, so I would know where it was, and turned the temperature down on my hot water heater. Jay Johnson and Noah were very professional. Five star service. And this company is located in Calvert County, which is a plus. I will definitely recommend his company to family and friends, and use this company again in the future.

Cannot say enough good about this company. Reliable, dependable, honest. They plumbed my entire addition from beginning to end. Showed up every day they agreed to, worked the entire time they were here and did a very professional job. Maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. The final product was amazing and the price was fair. There were no add ons or hidden fees from his initial contract. He kept his word to a T. I asked him about another plumbing issue in my home with the old pipes... he could have said that I ""need to do xyz to fix it"" to make a few extra dollars, but rather he answered honestly stating the old plumbing should be fine and no need to spend any more money. I'm usually critical and cynical about most people, but in this case I do not have one negative thing to say about this company. Highly recommend.

Great experience! Jay is very honest and professional. I had him over today to replace a flush valve and he showed me that we only needed to replace a smaller piece. He fixed it in no time and didn't charge me that much for his time or expertise. I'm sure other plumbers would have done unnecessary work and replaced the entire flush valve.
