Jay and his crew (Tony, Nathan and Joe) are wonderful. I recently had a slab leak and Jay rerouted the line up the ceiling. I think the price is fair. I was referred to Jay Indeck by my neighbor who couldn't say enough good things about Jay. If you are good with their estimate, you will be happy with quality of their work. One more thing I wanted to point out from my interaction with Jay and thought it's helpful - Jay is direct and honest. I appreciate the fact that he is honest and competent. I had bad experience with plumbers in the past so knowing Jay is a real pleasure. I hope this review helps.

Had Tony and Nathan from Indeck plumbing come out to replace a leaking worn out water heater! The work they did was very professional and courteous! The cleaned up after super great...
Would recommend them to anyone...etc...
They had everything necessary on the truck...You will be happy they came...

Jay is great. I had him install all new faucets and toilets when I purchased my home new. Nobody likes a used toilet!

He gets busy, just leave him a message and he will call you back. Prices are good and work is great!

We hired Jay to do a fair amount of work for a bathroom remodel and couldn't be more pleased. When I called to get an estimate, he came out within only a few hours and provided a competitive quote. Jay really knew his stuff and understood the building codes/requirements and was on the same page as my husband regarding what needed to be done to do the job right the first time! We had several other plumbers and/or contractors (who claim to do plumbing in addition to remodeling) try to talk us out of upgrading the diameter of the pipes and not complying with the code. My husband is very knowledgeable and appreciated that Jay carefully evaluated the scope of work and knew exactly what needed to be done and did not try to talk us into cutting corners.

Jay and his team showed up on time each day and were very professional, friendly and trustworthy. They were very tidy and cleaned up after themselves each day. Jay and his team delivered exactly what was promised and have very high standards. He is honest and fair and I highly recommend him. I will definitely keep his number handy for all future plumbing needs.

I'll never have a sick feeling in my stomach again when I know I have to call a plumber. Jay Indeck was the 3rd guy I called (and luckily the the last one needed) to come out and fix an issue in the kitchen. He also fixed a problem I was having upstairs while he was at it, and even ran over to a local job of his to grab some specific parts and tools and come back, rather than re-schedule me for finishing another time. He didn't even expect payment on the spot! What?? His bill was mailed to me and it was less than I expected and VERY reasonable. To top it off, this nice man said just mail in payment in 30 days. Wow! Took us 15 years living in this area to find him, but we will never call anyone else.

These guys are awesome. I called on a Sunday and left a message for a leaky faucet and toilet . By Monday morning, Jay had called back and we made an appointment for the afternoon. Tony came by and quickly tool care of it problem without taking advantage; good, honest, fast and reliable.

Jay took my call right away and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. His associate was on time and very efficient in accessing the problem. This company was honest, reliable, and had reasonable prices. I will be using this company for my personal residence and for rental properties when needed. I highly recommend Jay Indeck Plumbing!

First off, Tony has the patience of an angel. I live with my elderly grandparents and my grandma is the one who is used to handling all the repairs and finances. She used to be sharp as a tack but at 84 it's not so sharp, I try to help but she's very independent. So my grandma was being incredibly stubborn and but Tony was incredibly patient and respectful with her which I appreciate more than words can say. Jay Indeck plumbing has absolutely lovely customer service overall, so I'm very happy that I found them. They did great work, quickly fixed our problem and I really recommend them!

I needed a plumber (not an emergency, but some water pooling near the bottom of a walll) and my usual guy was not available so I went to Yelp and found a local plumber, Jay Indeck, and left him a message. He called back right away and said he would have someone out in a couple of hours. Sure enough I got a call about 20 minutes prior to the arrival of Tony and Nathan. They were very professional, friendly and kept me informed of everything they were doing. They figured out the problem and fixed it quickly. The ""damage"" to my wallet was not as bad as I expected, it was a fair price for the time they spent diagnosing and fixing my problem. Will call again if needed, but of course, I hope I don't have to.
