I hired Jay Indeck Plumbing to re-pipe my kitchen. I was renovating my kitchen and had to move some water lines before I had the cabinets installed. I saw a recommendation for Jay Indeck on Nextdoor and decided to go with them. I'm so glad I did! Jay came out and in addition to moving the lines, he redid the line for my ice maker which had given me problems in the past. The price was very reasonable and they did a great job.

GAS LINE LEAK? Ugh! So took 2 years to fix our gas line to our jacuzzi bc no other plumber felt confident except for Jay. He was referred by neighbors on my 'next door' app- you know these people don't mess around! Called him, showed up promptly on time and immediately had a solution AND had recently fixed a similar problem.

One honest question i asked was about the integrity of his employees and recourse. Tony and Angel have been with Jay for years and just the nicest people ever. Hes licensed and employees have workers comp. Something to really consider!!!

During the 4 days, every morning they gave me a timeline. Was ALWAYS on time. Super respectful. Cleaned up their mess. And bless Angel's heart- offered to pick up heavy items at home depot for me bc out of the goodness of his heart but was not necessary.

Anyways- dont choose crappy plumbers its not worth it. Dont mess with your gas line- Jay's an expert.

I highly recommend Jay. The plumber I usually go with was out of town so I looked on yelp and took a chance. I only had a small job for him to unclog a drain. He came out the next morning, said he would be there at 8am and was 5 minutes early. Worked quickly, cleaned up, was very friendly and honest, gave me a good warranty and ended up charging less than his original quote. I always appreciate good customer service and Jay was top notch. Had a hot water pipe leak in our slab and before going with Jay I received three other estimates. Jay had the best price and provided outstanding service. His workers, Tony and Angel, located the leak in the slab by doing various tests (instead of just guessing or feeling for a hot spot).

Tony went into detail about how they were able to confirm the location of the leak and as well as detailing the process of how they would reroute the pipe to fix the problem without tearing up my floors. They were able to reroute the affected line in a few hours.

You can tell these guys do quality work and don't cut corners. Both of them were nice, professional and cleaned up everything before they left.

Jay and his team were so professional and efficient at exchanging out a tankless water heater for me. He was very thorough and found an equivalent product at a fair price within hours. we have had the pleasure of having Jay and his crew take care of many projects.. from garbage disposal Install to new faucets.....outdoor pipes that have failed...and every time everything is taken care of with care and expertise....We have been customers of Jay for years and when you call him...to ask questions ....he is always available....If there is a Problem like a broken pipe...he instructs you on what you need to do....and before you know it....the problem has been fixed....off he goes.....and you will receive a bill...that is reasonable and fair....Please give me a call and see for yourself on what CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about.

Jay responded quickly to me request for a quote. His price was very good. His crew arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They were very courteous. They were efficient and did excellent work cutting out and replacing a leaking abs fitting. It was in a tight spot that some other plumbers didn't even want to do. When I got the final bill there was a 10% discount because the job took less time than he estimated. What other plumber does that? I probably should add that I had already cut out the drywall so they didn't have to do that. I like to know exactly what the problem is before I get quotes.
