Jay Indeck plumbing responded to our voice message very promptly and came out the next day. Tony arrived on time and was very professional, he even put on protective booties on his boots to protect the carpet. We replace the shower valve in no time and stayed and checked to make sure there were no issues. I then asked him to check on one of the valves for the kitchen sink even through that was not on his list and he took care of that too. We will definitely be using Jay Indeck in the future. Cost was also very reasonable for the job. Great work and great employee. Thank you.

I got 5 estimates to install a new cast iron tub, replace the valves and extend the head height. No one was even close to his price, nor were they as detailed as Jay. Jay walks through all the steps, gets your feedback, and then provided me an estimate via email within 2 hours. When a couple other plumbers asked who I went with instead, they all responded: ""oh.. you're just fine then.."". Jay and Tony showed up on time, very clean, professional, and courteous to my wife and kids, and finished the work on time. I would only refer Jay for plumbing services in the Upland area-

I had a major house renovation. Jay Indeck Plumbing did all the pipes including the gas lines. I am more than impressed with their professionalism, commitment, promptness, & the work.
Not like other contractors, other contractors add few extra charges here & there, there was no surcharges added. Actually, they did more than what was promised.

They also did few jobs at my parents house. My parents were pleased with their work too.

It seems there is no small or big jobs for them. They handled all of them equally important.

I had problems with a leaking toilet off an on for the past 2 1/2 years. I had it fixed twice, but both times it only lasted about 1 to 1 1/2 years. I went straight to yelp and found Jay Indeck Plumbing seemed to be the way to go. It took about 5 days to get an appointment as they were very busy, but it was worth the wait. The problem was explained to me and the leak was fixed, but they actually diagnosed the actual cause of the continued problem. Hopefully, this will take care of it. Thank you for the great work!

We've been using Jay and his crew for about 8 years, they are the best! Tony and Angel came out last week to replace our water pressure regulator and install a new faucet in one of the bathrooms. On time, done in an hour, professional and polite. We LOVE these guys and recommend them to everyone.
