Tony & his partner were friendly & got right to work flushing out my tankless water heater & fixing a running toilet. They were efficient & the cost very reasonable. Jay, the owner, is prompt in responding to messages on Yelp & even recommended someone to fix & re-glaze my fiberglass shower & tub since his company does not offer those services. I would highly recommend!

Years ago, when times were slow businesswise, I used this company, as a second opinion through American Home Shield. I was very impressed with them. They solved my problem and did a great job. Years later, when times were better businesswise, it was difficult to get their attention. They said they didn't want to service my area and they said they didn't want any more residential work, that they were too busy. So much for customer loyalty!

These guys are top notch! Tony and Angel came within 2 hours of my call to fix an upstairs toilet that was leaking into the kitchen. They are polite and friendly and good with my nervous dogs! This is the second time we have used this company, and we are very satisfied customers!

Just has a visit from Jay Indeck Plumbing. We had a water heater installed with another company, but which resulted in uneven hot water throughout my house. I sent Jay a message via Yelp, and he responded almost immediately. He was very helpful in diagnosing what was causing the problem by having a dialogue with me over Yelp's message system. So, he sent over his techs, Tony and Angel. They were awesome! They walked through the whole house with me and made sure the water heater had been installed properly by the other company. Once this was done, they concluded that it was probably a faulty shower cartridge causing cold water to cross over into the hot water lines. They quickly replaced the cartridge and we had hot water again! They guys were very helpful! Thank you Tony and Angel! They will be my go to plumbing guys now. Thanks Jay!

Jay Indeck Plumbing is awesome. This company deserves every five star review it has received. I called Jay and he returned my call the next day. I explained to him that we had a severe water leak with no idea of where it was coming from. Tony was on time and very personable. I explained to him the situation and showed him where we discovered the leaks. He was very thorough and found that the leak was coming from the supply line to the water heater. Tony and Angel (forgive me if this is not correct) replaced the supply line which stopped the leaking.

Tony, thank you for your professionalism, knowledge, honesty and humor.

Jay and his crew were very professional and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

Just adding to my original review... these guys are amazing!! Right on time, very professional and friendly. We had low water pressure on our hot water and they got right to work. They addressed/fixed the issue and were all done in 30 minutes! Also, I don't have to shop around to know you can't beat their prices and honesty. Look no further, these are your new plumbers!!
