I called Jay Indeck Plumbing for a garbage disposal installation. The plumber called before arriving and when he got to my house, he provided me with a business card and introduced the apprentice he had accompanying him. They put a tarp down and quickly began with the installation. The plumber made sure that everything was working properly before they left. He also said they guarantee all of their work for 30 days. I was very happy with their professionalism and their friendly demeanor. I highly recommend Jay Indeck Plumbing.

Excellent Plumber with no upsells or jargon. I called Jay Indeck Plumbing out for what I thought was my poressure regulator. I did not want to try to do any welding and I thought their was a good chance I would need to fix my problem. Tony, from Indeck Plumbing agreed with me on the pressure regulator and fixed it quickly and accurately with no hint of ripping me off.

Wow! Where to begin. I rent a condo in the area and had issues for several weeks with toilets backing up as well as a flusher part issue. Such a pain when its all toilets in the place with issues. My landlord wanted me to pay upfront and then bill her. With it being the holidays and not having a lot of money due to that, I thought it was going to be quite the expense. After receiving several quotes from other places, I tried Jay Indeck plumbing and right away I knew it was what I was looking for. Very courteous, fast, friendly administrator set up an appt 2 days out and in 2 days they were here. Very professional guys here, found the issues right away and not only that, they are very friendly and extremely affordable. Compared to the other places I talked to, I was blown away by the bill. I will use them as long as I am here, that is for sure.

We had Jay Indeck Plumbing (Tony) come out a few weeks ago to fix a leak in our kitchen drain. We have a remodel of our home going on concurrently, and this morning I discovered that our kitchen drain was leaking again. Tony came back, saw that the plumbing underneath the sink had been knocked askew, and ascertained that with all the activity of putting flooring in (and putting the trash can under the sink in and out), one of the crew had most likely caused the problem. No one's fault, really, but it would probably be a pricey fix. Instead, Tony called his boss, and they decided to make a courtesy fix, which is really appreciated with all of the expenses of remodeling and not really wanting to go after the contractors to pay for the repair.

Great service, prompt, and extremely courteous--I give this company the highest rating!!!

I am overwhelmed. Getting married and moving out soon, and I'm going to rent my home (underwater like everyone else). I sold my washer and dryer last night, and then noticed the water pipe connection in my wall had a slow leak, dripping into the wall. On short notice, Jay himself showed up and explained my options. These included removing the recessed box and replacing the valve, and this would entail cutting the sheetrock too, requiring a patch from someone else. Jay's other option was to have me buy a hose cap to go on the pipe to capture this minor amount of water until the renter installs his/her own washer when the leak won't be happening any longer.

So Jay confirmed my problem was just a leaky valve that would function fine once a washer was back in place. He could have played me for the fool and gotten a few to several hundred bucks out of me, but instead he sacrificed the immediate profit for a future lifetime customer.

On top of all this, Stacy in his office was extremely pleasant to me and delivered on the contact she had promised in a very timely manner.

Companies rarely function like this these days, so support Jay Indeck with your plumbing needs. I think it's highly unlikely you'll be ripped off.

Great service, reasonable pricing. and they get the job done right. Honest, prompt, efficient, and completely professional. I had my kitchen sink clogged and they fixed it with no problem. Didn't leave any mess whatsoever! I had another plumber (found him on yelp) before Jay to fix the clog but that plumber couldn't even fix the problem and left a greasy mess. He actually admitted that he couldn't fix it and I had to pay him! I had other plumbers come for a quote and they tried to make me install a clean out which I didn't need and would cost me $$$. They totally misdiagnosed the simple clog into a major problem. What a relief to find Jay Indeck! They were recommended by my Home Warranty for excellent customer satisfaction. Would definitely call them again and recommend them to my friends!
