He sent his best technician, Jimmy, who was personable, and very professional to my home within a matter of an hour. I highly recommend this company. I had a horrible experience with Jax plumbing. They arrived at my house incredibly late, gave a sub par diagnosis of the situation, told me that they'd have everything fixed up within a few hours (which they didn't), and then overcharged me for the entire experience. If you have a leak I implore you to take your business anywhere else but here!

EXCEPTIONAL service! I just had my 22 year old Rheem water heater replaced by Anthony from Jax Plumbing and couldn't be happier. Anthony was very polite and professional when I called asking for a quote to replace the unit. He provided a fair price and offered same day installation. I only have great reviews for this company. I called a few plumbers in my area on a Friday morning looking to replace my hot water heater. Anthony was the only one I spoke to who gave me an estimate, and explained in detail all that was included. He was prompt and professional. He installed it that afternoon. Anthony has saved me twice. 1st in November 2019 when a simple fridge installation from Lowes went horribly wrong and they not only broke a pipe they stripped my main water handle. After calling frantically five 24 hr plumbers at 10pm only one returned my call in a timely fashion as my kitchen flooded. 2nd save was in April 2020 in the middle of a pandemic and that day happened to be my daughter's bday. My water heater broke in the middle of the night. Anthony came and replaced my 13yr old water heater in a quick and timely fashion. He is professional, efficient and price-conscious. Both jobs reasonably and honestly priced.
