He sent his best technician, Jimmy, who was personable, and very professional to my home within a matter of an hour. I highly recommend this company. I had a horrible experience with Jax plumbing. They arrived at my house incredibly late, gave a sub par diagnosis of the situation, told me that they'd have everything fixed up within a few hours (which they didn't), and then overcharged me for the entire experience. If you have a leak I implore you to take your business anywhere else but here!

EXCEPTIONAL service! I just had my 22 year old Rheem water heater replaced by Anthony from Jax Plumbing and couldn't be happier. Anthony was very polite and professional when I called asking for a quote to replace the unit. He provided a fair price and offered same day installation. Anthony was the only one I spoke to who gave me an estimate, and explained in detail all that was included. He was prompt and professional. He installed it that afternoon.
