We had our third slab leak and it was time to re-pipe the house. Dan with Jax Elite was recommended to us by our """"usual"""" plumber while he was convalescing. All I can say is Wow! He was thorough, friendly, very knowledgeable and went way over and above what we expected and had agreed to. On top of everything else, on the last day, we found out our main line was completely severed and only being held in place by mud and tree roots. He wasn't expecting that so didn't have the pieces to repair it, but gave us a temporary fix so we would have water that night and then the actual repair and new main the next morning. He even set us up with a fantastic drywall repair pro who worked with our limited budget and was just as good as he was. It's rare to get this type of professionalism and service nowadays. Thank you. I cannot recommend Jax Elite Plumbing enough and have done so to all of my family.
