I called Jaws plumbing to replace the shower water control valve, using parts supplied by me. Dave showed up at 9 and was done by 11. He is personable and did a good job. Two hours of his labor cost me 600 dollars! 599 to be exact. $300 an hour!!! If you use these people watch your wallet, because you will be paying for the fancy paint job on his fleet of vans. Outrageous.

About 3 years ago, Jaws Plumbing put a pump in our basement to remove water from our dehumidifier and pump it into our sewer line. Shortly thereafter, we developed a flood in our basement because the pump malfunctioned. When we asked the plumber how could this happen, his response was ""it is something that just happens when the unit dies. Eventually, it would have happened, and you would have the same issue."" In other words, we had installed a ticking time bomb, at his recommendations in our basement. Additionally, to install the pump, he drilled a hole in the dehumidifier (rendering it unusable without the pump), and attached the pump to our HVAC air handler duct using screws directly into the duct! The dehumidifier was placed on a cinder block in our basement by the plumber to raise it high enough to pump water out.

None of this was discussed prior to the installation of the pump. If any of this was conveyed prior, we would have discussed other options. The fact that when the pump burns out, the only way to know is to find your basement flooded is shoddy at best. I would not recommend Jaws Plumbing to anyone...

Highly recommended Jaws plumbing. We recently used Jaws for a complicated repair to old lead pipe under our toilet. Jeff was up front with his estimate, offered fair pricing, arrived on time, fixed the problem, and cleaned up. He stuck to his original estimate even after it was discovered during the job it was not as straight forward a repair as previously thought. All in all we were highly impressed and will not hesitate to call him again!

Family owned and operated AND hands-down, THE BEST service my family has received from any plumber in this area (and we've used the big names too...even signed those silly service contracts that are a waste of money!). From now on, when we have a plumbing problem, we'll be calling JAWS!

Jeff and his assistant have amazing work ethics and attention for detail. There were several repairs to my outdoor, leaking hydrants by the horse stable and barn. I also had my well water pressure tank upgraded and overall system inspected including the water treatment systems (UV, conditioners, filters, etc.). Jeff is pleasant, professional, responsive and organized. I received what I think is a very good value each time, and in one instance felt undercharged (a rare feeling).

These guys were here today and fixed my problem within and hour or so. For an older system they knew just what to do and got the drain flowing again. He also explained to me why it became clogged so I can see the signs before it gets this bad next time. He was clean and even bleached the unfinished basement floor after spilling refuse onto it. I could smell the bleach wafting up the stairs. They laid cloths down so they wouldn't track anything through the house and I wish I would have called them last week instead of who I did call because that guy steered me all kinds of wrong.
Jeff was assisted and between them they did and awesome job. Referred to me by Bob at Winding Creek Septic who also did an Awesome job.

Jeff came out after 700pm on a weeknight to snake a sewer line for me he got it partially flowing then came out and busted it the rest of the way through. I woul recommend jaws and will use them for anything else i need very happy
