Buyer be aware, this is my roof in kitchen area where Javier charged me $3200.00 to fix a minor leak. Which turned into a major disaster and flooding my whole kitchen. Don't let his more friendlier than thou personality con you into believing that he has workers or himself than can do anything that has to do with any maintance problems on your home or apt. Building! This is one inconsiderate person! THAT DOES NOT KEEP HIS WORD OR GUARANTEES HIS WORK. I have called over 10 times to have him fix the problem he has created. AND HE REFUSES TO RESPOND! He has caused about $5000.00 in damages. And I'm sure I'm not the only person he has SWINDLED!.

Javier was super friendly and came at all hours when we needed the emergency service. My kitchen sink was flooding and he came to help me fix it at 10pm at night when he lived 30 minutes away. Very grateful for his service. Highly recommend !

This guy is a complete loser. I signed up to get a call from a dependable plumber with an online service of supposedly reputable plumbers, a half hour later Javier called me. We scheduled an appointment with him for 1 pm, that day, perfect. He never showed up, he never called. So I called him, he explained his time ran away with him, he didn't realize it was so late. In the meantime I wasted several hours staying home for his arrival. He promised me he would make it that afternoon, between 4 and 5, at 5:30 I still hadn't heard from him, so I had to call him again. He apologized and said we would have to re-schedule.
Re-schedule, are you kidding me, I had to spend the whole of my afternoon at home waiting for him, and he never even had the courtesy to call me to say he was having scheduling problems. He simple ignored me. After he called me to ask for my business. Jeesh.

He is not dependable, and he doesn't tell the truth. Enough said.
