Did a job for us a few years back. What I remember was good. Recently though replaced a water line from street to house. Also installed a shower base on Tuesday. Agreed to come back and install plumbing trim work when we we're ready. Had an unexpected issue pop up and Jassen addressed no problems. They say if not happy they will make it right.

This is the best plumber ever!! They installed a water heater last month and we love there job so much, we having come back and install a shower/bathtub faucet.
Very nice customer service and job, even the lady in the phone (can't remember her name) was awesome!!! I 100% recommend there business.

I live in Hewitt and try to keep my money in Hewitt as much as possible. I called Jassen Plumbing and told them I needed my pipes blown out can they do it and they replied yes, They came right away but said I didn't need them blown out but I said have have them blown out every couple of years for some reason if I don't water will back up into my house but they said snaking it was best but I said I have always had it blown but they said snaking it is best so I said well your the professional, While they were snaking the pipe they received 3 or 4 calls to get it done and move on I guess, so they snaked a pipe and said that is all they can do that will be 99 dollars so I paid them and guess what I have water in my living room and in the kitchen. I will never use them again and will tell my friends of the service I received.

We bought a house that had work done by Jassen tha plumber and it's got some problems. Toilets were wobbly due to being set incorrectly, a sink drain leaks, and now it looks like we have methane backing up into the house from a plumbing line. There doesn't seem to be much care put into the work. One mistake is one thing, but three or four is unacceptable.
