Overpriced garbage!!! Terrible customer service!! They're selling point are some irrelevant awards they won because they were the only water softener company to show up to an event. They'll also claim there systems handle high water pressure....BS...my valve broke three times over a six month period, I went with another brand at half the price, per my neighbors referral. Now I'm out about 4 grand because the old man wouldn't refund any money...if you drink the Kool aid and go with their junk.....GOOD LUCK!!!!

I have had Jason's service our water system and recently they came to do regular service and found filtration tank needed to be replaced. The service tech did not do the servicing but I was charged for it anyway (even though I contacted there office and let them know no service was performed.)

While the service tech was there he offered to replace the filtration tank for special price of $4850. We declined and my subsequent research showed competitive tanks were only $1000.

I will not continue to use Jason's and have requested refund of $175 service charge for work not performed.

We were contacted immediately by a sales rep. She was kind and prompt. Very knowledgeable and helpful. She did not overstep. She scheduled an appointment to get the system installed. The tech was so kind and respectful. He explained everything and made sure to meet our needs. Very personable.

We were so impressed and satisfied with our experience and product! I can tell a difference in my baths, drinking water, everything water!!! It's amazing!!! The amount we spend on bottled water will be worth it and we will be saving money and conserving the planet.

Jason's Water Systems was recommended to us by our new neighbor when moving to a new house. He sang their praises and he was not wrong! Emily was quick to respond, very personable, and the installation was quick!! The master plumber they used was very professional, and very effective in leaving everything in the yard the way he found it. Later, the guy who installed the filter under the sink was also very professional and knowledgeable. We had a competitor's water softener for over 12 years, there is no comparison.

I did a ton of research on water softeners for our brand new home. Most don't meet the requirements needed for a 3 bath house. The ones that say they do require quite a bit of maintenance. If you weigh the cost of the units times service calls you'll see that other companies are far under par and cost more money in the long run. My salesman Ben was absolutely awesome and could tell I had already done my research. I'm super happy with the system I purchased and well worth the money. My installer Eric was amazing as well and really knew what he was talking about.

Side note Culligan systems don't even compare to this quality system. Life time warranty as well! They'll definitely get my recommendation anytime.

I was looking for a water system and a few of my neighbors recommended Jason's. Emily came and gave us an education about the plumbing codes and the different types of water softener systems. She helped us make an informed decision, gave us a great price, and we got an amazing system installed the same week! We got the 5000 series and it softens the water and has a carbon filter to clean and purify the water as well. There's a lifetime warranty and the system flow through rate is over the recommended 23 gallons per minute for a 4 bathroom home so we haven't seen any difference in our water pressure, just great tasting softer water. I've been having problems with dry skin and today after the shower I noticed an immediate difference!! Emily just reached out to follow up on our install and I felt compelled to write a review after seeing all these crazy reviews on here that are from people not even in San Antonio that are clearly placed by competitors. Don't believe the fake reviewers, give Jason's a chance!! You won't regret it.

Eric arrived promptly and diagnosed our water softener issue quickly and explained it thoroughly. It was a simple fix. Yay! Our system had been working great all along until this and we've had it for three years. He also tested the water for our kitchen sink filter and said it wasn't necessary to change it yet. How great is that? He could have easily said it needed to be changed and charged us. I appreciate the honesty and great service as well as the timeliness.

Also when I called and left a message regarding needing to schedule this appointment Vickie called me back almost immediately.

Jason's installed a water softener in our new house when it was built 3 years ago . Every time we lose power the water softener stopped working. We were told they knew the system had a flaw in it. We were unable to rest the system. They have one technician that was able to rest it. We were told they would have to start charging us $75 to reset it. Needless to say it was cheaper to replace the unit with another company.

Excellent professional people who did a great job for us. We love the system and they are very accommodating to our needs. We searched several water softeners and companies and Jason's was head and shoulders above the rest! They educated me on how systems work and I feel it made my choice easy. My profile says Florida but live in Texas full time.
My home (Texas) had a softener that was 11 years old. I had never serviced it since buying the house 6 years ago. I noticed a few problems so called the number on the softener. It was a company that had closed but Jason's took over their customers. They were very nice and came out the next day. Eric was very knowledgeable and explained what happened. So we ended up replacing the softener with a much better one that filters the water. Plus, since we will be building a new home down the road and they can move the system there. While writing this review Eric just called me to check on things. Very cool..... Thanks Eric see you when we go to move and service.
