I met Matt when I moved into my new community as all new community the sales people are out and about selling it all. Matt was relatable and knowledgeable, not pushy. He introduced me to Jason's Water System and he wanted to make sure I was informed of my options and understood what I was getting. I wanted to work with a company that is reliable and has been around and Jason's Water was it! Their website is informative and easy to navigate. Scheduling was an easy and the plumber that came to install was professional, clean and explained what the install entailed and how the system worked. So far so good w/my water softener!

So far so good. I was in need of an immediate replacement of a water softener and a company truck for Jason's caught my eye. So, I gave them a call and got an immediate response, a very fast site survey, and nearly overnight installation.
The tech that came out to do the install was intelligent and personable, and had the whole setup completed in less than an hour and a half. The system is working perfectly well, and the water quality is noticeable in the house. The follow-up was right when promised, and there were no surprises at all from the sales pitch, to the install, to the follow up and billing.
I would recommend this company to ANYONE who needs it.

We've had our system for going on 10 years in San Antonio. Just had the annual inspection today, 12/5/2022. As in previous years, our system was working fine. The technicians have always been quite courteous and most importantly very knowledgeable. We are quite pleased with the quality of the product!

Ridiculous price quote!! 5 times more expensive than the one we bought! They came and didn't do what they were supposed to do from what we called for the first place, but so quickly to SELL their products, and still charged us for what we called for that didn't get the job done. Horrible! Have warned my neighbors on Facebook neighbors group NOT to do any business with Jason's, don't want my neighbors to waste their money.
