Ridiculous price quote!! 5 times more expensive than the one we bought! They came and didn't do what they were supposed to do from what we called for the first place, but so quickly to SELL their products, and still charged us for what we called for that didn't get the job done. Horrible! Have warned my neighbors on Facebook neighbors group NOT to do any business with Jason's, don't want my neighbors to waste their money.

Contacted them to come out to perform a cleaning on the water softener. They came out, didn't clean it, said it doesn't work, then said we have to buy one of theirs for $5200 when then one we have was only $995. Then they still charged the cost that we were supposed to pay for the maintenance. The unit is still under warranty, but he did not ask about that and immediately jumped to we needed to purchase another one. He also assumed that the builder purchased it online, which was not true since we purchased it through a company here in New Braunfels. He told us not to contact the company to purchase a new unit as they might charge us more and that we should contact him directly. Contacted the company and was offered a 50% refund, but he did not clean anything which was the whole point of the appointment in the first place. Regardless of if it "doesn't work", they had no problem collecting all of the money for the service yet it seemed as if there was a rush to sell a new system and leave instead of completing all tasks. So now we are out money and still have a dirty system and when we contact another company to come repair it, we will have to pay for cleaning again since this wasn't cleaned.
Would not do business with again.

My old water softener which I inherited when I bought the house did not appear to me to be working. Jasons provided me with a new upgraded model that I am very happy with. The service man was on time and very thorough in the work that he did during the installation. I would not hesitate to use them again for this type of service.

Be very careful when choosing this business. They do not do as they say!!! They talk and make you feel at ease, but their actions tell a completely different story. What ever you do, Do NOT buy from one of their authorized retailers. Jason's wont stand behind it. I have been fighting with Jason's ever since my system as installed in Aug of 21.

We are in the market for a new water system. So we called Jason's to get a quote unfortunately the technician that was sent out quoted us the wrong price information around $1500 wrong. But here's where it gets tricky the quote was given after he had already installed the system. I feel like Jason's tried to rip us off with pricing.
The technician was friendly but he was also severely uninformed.
The customer shouldn't have to pay for the mistake of an employee. When I called the office the lady who took my payment said that the technician didn't know the prices ?!?! Seems odd.
The system itself is only a few hours so I won't be able to give an honest review on the water softener system just yet.

Spoke to Emily who was very professional and Customer Service Oriented. All service/installation was great! the purpose of my 4-star rating is that my initial install date was rescheduled/pushed back one week, in which I was notified one hour prior to my install time.

Ben, the sales manager, did a great job explaining in detail the advantages of the system were and was very good at following up with answers to all the questions I had. Aston Montgomery, one of the techs sent out t install the system, went above and beyond to make sure the job got done right and stayed to troubleshoot a few items he found that day. Overall, a great experience and we can already tell the difference in our water!

Overpriced garbage!!! Terrible customer service!! They're selling point are some irrelevant awards they won because they were the only water softener company to show up to an event. They'll also claim there systems handle high water pressure....BS...my valve broke three times over a six month period, I went with another brand at half the price, per my neighbors referral. Now I'm out about 4 grand because the old man wouldn't refund any money...if you drink the Kool aid and go with their junk.....GOOD LUCK!!!!

I have had Jason's service our water system and recently they came to do regular service and found filtration tank needed to be replaced. The service tech did not do the servicing but I was charged for it anyway (even though I contacted there office and let them know no service was performed.)
While the service tech was there he offered to replace the filtration tank for special price of $4850. We declined and my subsequent research showed competitive tanks were only $1000.
I will not continue to use Jason's and have requested refund of $175 service charge for work not performed.

We were contacted immediately by a sales rep. She was kind and prompt. Very knowledgeable and helpful. She did not overstep. She scheduled an appointment to get the system installed. The tech was so kind and respectful. He explained everything and made sure to meet our needs. Very personable.
We were so impressed and satisfied with our experience and product! I can tell a difference in my baths, drinking water, everything water!!! It's amazing!!! The amount we spend on bottled water will be worth it and we will be saving money and conserving the planet.
