After trying 12 other plumbers who wouldn't or couldn't help with a clogged sewer drain. I found Jason Wetherbee Plumbing on the internet. It's best thing that happened to me all day. I explained my issue, he asked for my address and told me, he would have someone at my house in the afternoon. True to his word, two young and very polite young men arrives with in 2 hours of my call. They went right to work within a half hour had the job done. If I could give this company 10 stars I would. JWithout a doubt a top notch plumbing company

I have had this plumber do a large job and a small job and they did the large job well, but they have a habit of adding things to the job that may be best practice, but don't have to be done in my township to be up to code. The small job, snaking a toilet, they were fine on. Another large job, when our water pressure was low, the man who came out to check it out turned off our water pump and said it stopped working. He tested very little, just turned off the water pump and didn't tell me, just claimed it happened to stop working while he was down there. Then he told me that we needed a new water pump and left us with completely no water until the next morning when they were scheduled to come replace it. When my husband came home and discovered that the water pump was turned off, he turned it on and we had another company come out the next morning and checked it out thoroughly, then replaced the water pump for a better price than this plumber had quoted. The owner did call me back and say that the reason the plumber had turned off the water pump was because it was a fire hazard, but he oughtn't to have lied about it. They can do good work, but I can't trust them anymore.

Jason and his staff are the best. I made the mistake of call another plumber first and wasting money on a part I didn't need and labor which was ridiculous. Jason really came in and helped out a lot. He was able to come out quickly even though I don't live local to his buisness. He found the issue and was very quick to give me his opinion of what he would do in the same situation. I've known Jason for years but when I bought my first home and had a problem I soon became his customer. Very trustworthy person and buisness. He will be my only call in the future, should I need anything plumbing and heating! I won't make that mistake twice by calling anyone else.

My hot water heater died and I called Jason to look at to replace or repair it. He came that afternoon and told me I would need a new one. He told me that he would get it the next morning and be here to install at around 10:00am. He did arrive as scheduled with his ""apprentice"" and they did a great job of replacing the heater within a two hour span. I was very pleased until I received the bill. I didn't expect to be cheap and the total did come in around my estimation but I saw that I was charged an hourly rate for two plumbers, not one plumber and an apprentice. I am sure the apprentice doesn't receive a plumbers rate of pay so why was I charge for it?

We found our heater broken down when we got back from vacation and Jason was recommended by another plumber who could not help us at the time.

Jason fixed the heater and got us up and running at what I thought was a reasonable cost. He did recommend that we replace our furnace and his cost to replace we found to be pretty high. He was great in a pinch for repairing and getting you up and running but we opted to get other quotes for replacement of our system and found all other quotes to be thousands of dollars less (4 other quotes so far and by what seem to be reputable plumbers. We'll see once we install for one of them has an unusual system and we may try it).
