I don't do plugs for businesses or people or anything online, but this guy is so awesome, I just had to! Jason The Plumber is one of the most professional, straightforward and honest people I have met that I want to make sure everyone knows about this young man and can benefit from his expertise!

Jason called Sears and stayed online for a half hour or more to ensure I still had a warranty on my water heater which it does until Oct. 2019. He got the water heater up and running AND he stopped a leak on one of my outside water spigots. I asked him to bill me and he said, ""Oh no, man... I didn't do anything."" HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME A DIME!!!

If you have absolutely any plumbing needs, water heater problems or sewage issues... give Jason a call!

We selected Jason the Plumber based on the positive review information from previous customers. I called Jason the Plumber around 2p yesterday, her was at our home within 1.5 hours and finished replacing the hot water heater within two hours. Very knowledgable, and he provided information on maintainence caring for the new water heater. We were very impressed with the service received. I will use this company for any future plumbing needs.

I picked Jason the Plumber because they are close and I needed a plumber so that the water leak could be fixed and I could get my water turned back on. This was a Saturday. He responded very quickly and showed up within 30 minutes. He was very courteous and explained what he was doing along the way. A valve and hose needed to be replaced because I was trying to add an RO system in my kitchen. He had the valve and hose replaced quickly, the charge for parts was very reasonable and so was the labor. I would have expected a higher charge even on a weekday. I have placed the number in my phone and will consider to use Jason the Plumber for any future plumbing need.

Excellent service! I called on a Sunday and left a message with a phone service who said I may not get a call until Monday morning. Jason called 10 minutes later and was at my house in another 30 minutes. He spent a couple hours (including a trip to Lowe's for parts) working on our water heater and a couple faucets. Was knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Jason came out and changed 3 bathroom faucets. I was told one price and when he finished in an hour, it was that price. We love our new faucets and appreciate Jason taking care of us..

I needed a water heater replaced but I really kinda wanted something better then what I had, which was a stock 50Gal Electric bradford white. Good unit, but nothing extraordinary. I started a spreadsheet to evaluate about a dozen plumbing outfits. After some online research I dropped this to just five. Jason won and I am very pleased with the results.
It took a while to get a hold of some one, however after about a month of back and forth they were able to help me find exactly what I wanted. Once that was take care of and the supplier issues were resolved (I wanted something special) they were able to move things around and schedule me for just a few days out and installed a very nice hybrid heat pump unit for under half of what any one else was quoting.

Good:
1) They will work with you to get you exactly what you want.
2) They do quality work and have some kind of warranty, though I suspect I will not be using it.
3) They are seriously worth the price! On the base unit I was looking at they were 15% - 30% cheeper then competitors. On the higher end unit I had installedJason was %55 cheeper. Mind you the competitor assured my their $3500 unit had a lifetime warranty while the one I got with Jason only has only a 12 -17 year warranty depending on what fails, but I am probably going to move in 5-10 years so that was OK with me.
4) Honest ! So I am not a total noob, and some companies I was looking at where telling me so much BS about how they need to do this and that for code and that was total BS. I know because I know the code, but also I know codes changed so I went and looked it up and code had not changed. But not Jason, Jason's office manager Twila told me everything she new and when she did not know she checked with one of the plumbers or suppliers or looked it up her self. And another was like - oh we will need to rip out all of this and re-drywall and re-paint and rebuild this platform etc. While, in all truth, this is not bad advice, a quick cavity probe showed it was completely unnecessary. And the price for this extra work absolutely outrageous.
5) Quality. One thing I notices is that it was just really well done. And while flex pipe is allowed, and one of the competitors I had out to give me a quote mocked the coper flex line I had because they only use ""high quality"" aluminum flex line, Jason hard piped it. He took the time to hard pipe / solder coper on every thing but the condensate lines, which was awesome! Not only does it look good it will last!
6) He did not complain about the cramped work space and cleaned up everything when he was done.
7) They never hard sell you. One competitor gave me the whole You need to accept this quote now or DOOM speech and most of them insisted on phone conversations where they would hard sell you. I mostly delt with Twila the office manager and she just worked with me to find an option I liked.

Bad:
1) It was hard to get ahold of them. I sent a generic quote request and had to send a second one before I got a response
2) They don't communicate by email - I know this is common for all of them but I really prefer email to actually talking to people.

Jason is GREAT!!!! Called him when we had foundation leak. I called him up and he came out and looked at he everything told us what to do and we did. He found the leak and the got it fixed fast. He did not charge a bucket load of money. Then this weekend my son comes back from vacation and there is 2 inches of water in all bedrooms. the house smelled and everything, My frist call was to Jason. After talking with the insurance I called Jason back and he was at my house in less than 30 minutes, In less than 10 mins he figured out where the leak was and he opened the wall and fixed it,,,,,,,,, Jason is reilable, resaonable and fast.

I highly recommend Jason.

We've used JASON the Plumber twice now. Both times they have come the same day, after 5. They have gone above and beyond both times and are very reasonably priced. I got their name from 2 other people who recommended them and I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my family and friends.

We've used Jason a couple of times, always on time, affordable, and does quality work. Much like another reviewer he helped us with a toy flushed down a toilet by a child. He even took care of a couple of minor things while he was here at no extra charge.

This guy was great replacing my water heater this month. Friendly and quick with the necessary equipment, though my hard water really made disposal tricky. Genuine rocks of minerals clogging the outlet!
Still the laundry room floor looked better than before the leak as he mopped up the area. I forget this guy's name, not Jason, but professional and reasonable.
