I called Terry because my hot water heater was leaking all over my basement. After speaking with him and sending him pictures, he had picked up the replacement and was at my house within the hour... I was back up and running within two. Not only was he prompt, but his pricing was more reasonable than expected. I would highly recommend Jarrett Plumbing.

Mr. Jarrett made a complex repair for us in a condominium rental property. It involved accessing another owner's condo to make the repair to a main supply line that was leaking. The other owner had a limited time frame in which he could open his unit and Mr. Jarrett rearranged his schedule to work around this with little notice, including having a drywall repair person with him. The repair was made quickly and for what we felt was a very reasonable cost. During the visit, another minor issue was found in our unit and he corrected that as well, didn't even want to charge us for it. We were very impressed with the quick, efficient and affordable service and will contact him should the need arise again.

In response to the reviewer who complained that Mr. Jarrett called his Home Depot plumbing purchases ""crap"", well, every professional we have ever encountered has said the same thing! After researching this, we found that there is a difference in what may appear to be the same product purchased from a plumbing supply vs a DIY home improvement store. The same applies to vacuum cleaners, probably other appliances too. We value and appreciate the opinions and viewpoint of professionals, that is why we hire them.

Called Terry initially on recommendation of Tri County plumbing. Terry was quick to respond and fixed my leaking pipe quickly and at a reasonable cost. Called him again with a stubborn leak that he searched for high and low which turned out to be from power wash of the house in my log home. My next call was day before Thanksgiving and he checked on how it went on Thanksgiving. I will be using him as my go to plumber from here on out.

We had a small water emergency, Jarrett Plumbing came right away and fixed our issue. We were very pleased with their knowledge and skills. They were easy going and explained to us what they were doing and why. The cost was a little less than expected. So with all that said, their business card won a spot on our fridge.

Terry Jarrett, owner of Jarrett Plumbing was subcontracted out for the purposes of installing hardware for 3 sinks and 2 showers. Simple enough? Wrong. He may have been quick, but certainly not thorough. His behavior, disgusting. During his first visit, he proceeded to tell me, ""Home Depot hardware is crap."" I didn't know Moen was crap? The reply, ""If it's from Home Depot, its crap. You only buy from a plumbing supply company."" Taken aback, I said nothing. I only wondered whether he knew I was the homeowner and that he was insulting me to say the least. I wasnt paying him to speak. He had to come back a 2nd time, the same day b/c the bathroom faucet was leaking. ""Yeah. The stuff you buy from Depot is crap. You cant work with it."" Again with the crap, again with the thickheadedness, lack of couth, and inability to think before he speaks. Who can't work with it? You cant work with it? Within a day, the same sink was leaking. I personally contacted him directly. It should come as no surprise that Depot is crap. It should also come as no surprise that Terry, the owner, lacks responsibility and above all, the ability to take accountability for his mistake(s). He could have perhaps showed embarrassment for his incompetence and the need to visit a 3rd time, maybe demonstrated a little bit of humility, versus basking in all his arrogance. He didn't even offer to remedy his error. This unprofessional and unsophisticated simpleton doesn't belong in public. Sadly, he doesn't belong under your sink either. Be very wary of his deplorable attitude and worse his deplorable service.
