James installed my well 20 plus years ago. He also set up my treatment plant all systems go ever since. There has been a couple of bumps along the way none were his fault when we first installed the pump we got muddy water The drillers said pump it a couple of weeks and it will clear up I pumped it a week and it froze up the pump and burned it up Jarms got it warranty out for me we drilled a new well that well and new pump has run well for over 20 years. So a few years ago one of our more frequent warm winters lotta rain started getting debris in the water again raised the well pump slightly problem solve at a reasonable price. The property management company that I rent through left a message with Jarms on the weekend when they were closed explaining that my Well was not working and that I had no water. They called me immediately Monday morning to tell me they would be sending someone out as soon as I was home. The man they sent out, I believe his name was Pat, showed up right on time, and the office was great at updating me of his whereabouts. He was very kind and professional and he took the time to explain everything to me and let me ask questions. He was very sympathetic and understanding to my situation. It was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend Jarms !
