Avoid at all cost. They are not good at follow up on fixing their shotty work.

reached out to them on a Saturday morning, they had a plumber in my area they were here within 30 minutes highly unusual. the tech Jay was courteous friendly they quoted me for repairs and did the repairs quickly and much more cost effective than I expected for a call out on a Saturday morning. I would rate the as an 11 if I were asked to grade them on a 1-10 basis so better than I would be asked to grade them on. might think math is wrong in my grading but they get extra credit for the response and friendliness ( you cannot tell I am married to a school teacher, LOL ) Thank you for being being up front and friendly and trustworthy!!

Water heater removal and installation- Showed up on time but gave me attitude when i said we needed to do the job in stages cause i needed to repair the drywall behind the water heater due to mold. Then doubled the verbal quote when i called back later.

My husband and I are pleased with Jared's Plumbing. We called three local plumbing companies for our emergency, and all three could not make it until the following day. In another attempt we called a big name company. They were able to come out but we were shocked when they gave us an extremely high price for just examining the issue. Frustrated, we tried Jared's based off of a reputable plumber's recommendation and to our surprise they were at our door in less than 30 minutes. I believe we were offered a very fair quote for the job and the two gentlemen got it done well under 2 hours. We will definitely use this company again.

We've used them before and recently did again. The pricing seemed high, but our technician Jay was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. We would use them again.

Very high prices and not friendly when I asked for an itemization of the parts. I had to call 3 times to see if the part was in. Not thinking i would've heard back if I hadn't followed up with them several time. Do yourself a favor and use a different plumber. You will regret this one!

Stay away from these people or you will get burned like me. Yesterday I called this plumber about 10AM asking for a sewer clean out at my home. The main line was plugged and no toilets would work. They made an appointment with me between 3-5PM that day to do the job. Around 3PM my phone rang but I was on the other line so I could not answer. I called right back less than a minute and the man tells me to late you missed you appointment. Needless to say I was furious and will never use this company again. I want to warn others of their tactics

I just used them to check out a leak through the ceiling. One person was here for 1 hr and 20 minutes, the 2nd guy less than 1 hour. They charged me $435 to cut a hole in the ceiling!!! The leak was actually being caused by an AC unit. $96/hour per person! OUTRAGEOUS!!

High prices - very rude treatment - not professional - avoid Houston has far too many other
options for plumbing repairs to settle for this.

WOW. Very rude. Service man left due to a "comment" that my dad made when we were scheduled for them from 9-11, after calling they came at 11:20. My dad said "I could have went an ate lunch if I knew you were coming at this time" Service man left saying we need him - WOW!!!! After talking to manager - he was polite but said that there is two sides to every story and noone needs to be talked to like that.
