They are excellent and prompt. I called another company twice and they never called back. I called Jared's and they went out the next day, assessed the problem leak from my shower, completed the work quickly and charged me honestly. Jared's are the ones to call! Recommend them highly!

On Cape Cod, just getting a phone call returned seems to be a miracle. But Jared himself answered his cell phone while visiting family out of state, set an appointment, confirmed it, and showed up on the MINUTE he had scheduled to be here! Courteous, professional, thorough, and reasonably priced. I thought is was a bad seal in the toilet, but the whole toilet was falling apart (I know this - I've done some home plumbing). He diagnosed it and showed up the next morning (early!) and replaced it. Wonderful work, and he and his assistant were great. Use them!!

I contacted many plumbers and Jared was very prompt in responding. Jared and his assistant arrived promptly on-time. Jared assessed the job and gave an accurate estimate. They both worked diligently on the job, were kind and considerate, and completed excellent work.

Throughout the time they were on-site, Jared pointed out possible future problems and asked if I wanted them taken care of now or not, leaving the choice to me.

Being in the home renovation business for 32 years, I was super-impressed by the professionalism, promptness, and excellent work!
